Great location. Good A/C. Good laundry service. Comfortable bed.

Night Shift clerk smokes in the lobby at night and the entire place stinks of tobacco smoke. Complained to day shift personnel but no action taken. Also, a bit expensive given the quality of the facilities.

The staffs were dishonest and unfriendly, Especially the guy with the tattoos. Tried to charge different rate everyday. When they told me about the higher price than Booking I said I would book on booking . Then they blocked booking so I could not book. Then reopened it after. So I paid 400k vnd to booking and another 250k vnd to them.

The location is in Malaysia Street. Easy to find Halal food nearby. The hotel is also a very short walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Staff is very nice and friendly. We can put our luggage at the lobby before check in time

The bathroom key is broken. They just use salotape on it. The room and bathroom are quite dirty. On our last day of staying, there was an electricity blackout before we checkout

Stay duration 10-13Jan2025. Afew hours b4 reaching hotel i received info, i cant stay in the hotel due to electrik issue. Only can stay on the 10th & 12th.being told On 11th all customer need to be out frm the hotel for techincian to do some works on it.we were transferred to another hotel which 5mins drive or 15mins walk from the hotel i booked. during that period i did some shoppin nearby the hotel and we did left 1luaggage at the reception so waterver we shop we can keep at reception. N i realise there is customer in /out frm the hotel lobby!! Which i was told every1 supposed to be out frm that hotel on 11th. Wondering whats the issue!! Electric issue or booking issue! On.12th im back to the hotel n was not given to the same room.

The location is in on the Malaysian street, its highly recommended for Malaysian or Muslim to stay here. Easy access to halal food and walking distance to the Ben Thant Metro Station.

Its some time noise due to many tourist mingle around untill midnight.

The room very small.. less than 12 meter.. the furniture very old .. the staff very cold ..they deny late check out.. and they said if I want to check out 1 pm I have to pay 100k ..

This hotel scam us with 21pax.. they did double booking and they transfer us to another hotel with 800m distance from this hotel. It away us from Msian street 800m for us to get halal food and shopping. Luckily grab/taxi was very efficient in there.

Small room, big enough bathroom. Good for solo travellers. Beside the market and walking distance to everything in district 1. Nice wee area full of life and street merchandise. Staff are amazing. Roof top area (messy) but nice to chill and see city lights. Happy to stay again.

Very dirty and unhygenic room, found condom and hair in the washroom, ac was not working, but staff dont agree to compensate or change the room. Wrost hotel suggested by booking.com
