Convenient location where all buses stop and pickup, lots of food options and travel services.

Location was great. Staff was helpful.

It was a little bit of a bumpy start with the safe not working and we had some questions about the room, but the staff was on hand, helpful, and fixed all things right away. In the end we quite enjoyed our 1 week stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, within walking distance of many places I wanted to go to. Plenty of nice food nearby, and multiple convenience stores close by as well.

My room's safe didn't work, one pillow was dirty, and there was an issue with one of the lights. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and changed my room for me. No issues with the new room thereafter.

Although free breakfast was a bonus, the seating space wa very limited and the selection of foods were constantly empty both mornings - no coffee left, no juice left, no milk left, etc... without anyone making sure to refill them.

Area is too noisy with lots of bars and hostels around. Bathroom was a disaster!! After taking a quick shower we would have a “pool” on the floor for hours.

Close to Bui Vien, Main Street with all you need. Staff is always eager to help. Their English is not great but google translate always helps.

We had some ants or other little critters creeping around but not many and not everyday. We were there for 7 nights.

Lovely little hotel. Good value for money & family friendly. Room was tidied daily, with fresh towels and bottled water. We had a couple of mornings with no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was ok, would benefit with a few more options. Staff were lovely and friendly. Laundry service was good. Perfect location! Lots of play parks near by for children. Would definitely stay here again!

Near the city center, walking distance to attractions. Friendly and welcoming receptionist, clean and comfortable room, good equipment and facilities.

The hotel has a very nice location, although it is near the bar street, it is located diagonally to one side so it is quite quiet in the evening, very suitable for resting after partying. The staff is very cute and enthusiastic. For the money I spent, the breakfast at the hotel convinced me. Highly recommended

The hotel is clean and quiet, the breakfast is delicious. Enthusiastic and attentive staff, they answered all my questions. The price is very worthy for what I experienced. I will definitely come back here when I visit Saigon

During our stay we booking a twin room. This room was reasonably tidy and the beds were comfortable, unfortunately that is were the positives end. Please note that this review is solely to do with the twin room, no other part of this establishment. Also note that the shared photo has the flash on. I am trying to be fair here. There is a poorly fitted aluminum window on the wall at the foot of the bed that allows a lot of light in throughout the night. Additionally, a continuous beeping from the stairwell can be clearly heard every 20 seconds, making it difficult to sleep.During our stay, one member of the night staff decided at 12:30 am to play a movie loudly in the room next to ours with the door wide open. Needless to say, we managed to get only an hour of sleep. At 2 am, I asked for an alternative room, only to find all twin rooms seem to be fitted with the same window arrangement.Upon asking for a discount due to the substandard room, I was told the manager declined the request, feeling it was a fair price. This one star review comes down purely to the twin room experience. Despite the good location and exceptional staff, the poor room conditions made our stay very disappointing.

Just the location. And they provided some useful things like thread & needle, sissors, nail cutter, face wash etc. But rooms are tooo much conjested.

Rooms are too much small i can't even put my luggage there. And there's no proper space down to sit and relax properly. Only two chairs and half the space is occupied by parked bikes inside. We try to change the hotel. But we just booked is almost for 1 night so we didn't. Drainage system in bathroom was not proper. Basin drainage is also very very bad. It always got full. Hotel was literally not maintained.

The staff are amazing and helpful. Thomas was the best. The location is near everything. I would stay here again next trip.

A well stocked mini bar at a fair price

The room was small with no window and all that was available for breakfast was egg with no coffee i really did think this hotel was very poor value for the money spent.
