Norfolk Mansion - Luxury Serviced Apartment

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were excellent, we reallly appreciate their hospitality.

Absolutely fantastic staff and location. The room was very big and spacious and comfortable

This was one of the most expensive apartments in HCMC. While large and comfortable, it costs way too much for what was on offer and the room we got, which was premium did not match the photos. I stayed next door for 60% of the price with much better facilities

Customer serviceCentral location to every thing that we needed.

Spacious the room service restaurants and breakfast. The best value for a family.

Facility and nice staff

No SPA at the hotel

Spacious, clean, wonderful staff, bit pricey for where it is and i wouldnt rate it as a 5 star. The breakfast buffet was terrible not worth paying for.

Great big apartments, good privacy between the rooms and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well maintained. The balconies were spacious and gave a great view, the rooms were quite at night. Cleaning every day and refill of water and toiletries were also a big plus. The staff was very nice and spoke good english.

All rooms very clean and dustfree, the sheets and towels were also perfect, but the dishes were not cleaned properly so we redid them a few times. The furniture is a bit dated but lacks nothing in comfort

spacious clean good location

breakfast could have been better

The location was amazing. So many great places to eat so close by. So many shops a quick grab ride away and it was quiet at night so the kids were able to get a good night's sleep

It was a bit far from the touristy things such as ben thanh and bui vien st

The place is in a great location in District one

The place is very old. The rooms are very very dated. Nothing has been touched since the place was built over 25 years ago. The place desperately needs a refurbishment. The TVs were from the 1990s.

As family we love the attention to details from all services that we received as soon as we reach Norfolk Mansion until we left.

We didn’t have breakfast there this time but it is the only reason we didn’t stay longer because of this. It would be a convenient options for us as family with children.

It is near a lot of city attractions all are walking distance. All tours will offer to pick you up since the location is in District 1. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and complete with amenities. The staff are attentive and will help you personally.

The staff were the best part of my stay Cleanliness and comfort was great but the staff truly went beyond my expectations Clran comfortable private and close to amenities paled to the friendliness and attention of staffThankyou team

All the staff are awesome. I stayed for 10 nights in a 2-bed premium apartment. I enjoyed the facilities including the gym, sauna, and pool. The living room in my apartment is big enough with a balcony, the kitchen is quite OK. The minus point is there is no dishwasher which should be in all 5* serviced apartments. The bonus point is that the apartment is cleaned every day like a hotel. The location is perfect with many cafes, restaurants and pubs within a 5-minute walk. I will definitely return next time if there is a good deal for my long stay.

Hotel rooms are spacious Room are clean Location is good

Swimming pool and other facilities are good but not so great as the pictures and look too old style Guest are not allowed more than occupant numbers We been asked to take extra room for our friends visiting us foe few hours

Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable from beds, to showers. Would return

If there was a washing machine it would have been perfect

Great location, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable

Apartment size. Stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Staff. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Oduor in room & Hotel restaurant.Room smelled mouldy. Had lunch in the hotel restaurant and it was the worst meal we had for the 2 weeks we were in Vietnam. The prawns were crumbed but still had some shell on them, the steak sandwiches were cold & the fish was tough. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time.

A comfortable, clean apartment , breakfast was basic however included in tariff which was a plus.

No negatives at all

Fab location , perfect set up for a jet lagged family.Loads of space, so we could avoid waking each other up at different times of the night. Brilliant facilities, massive pool and soft play area for kids. Staff super helpful.

Soundproofing - though some noise inevitable in this city as central as the hotel imagine.

Great location, walking distance to nearby city attractions, shops and local eateries.Staff was very attentive, courteous and always keen to help.

No bar service at the swimming pool
