Room size is small

Location was great. Property was modern and clean.

For some reason on two of the nights it was noisy and we found it difficult to sleep. Water temperature was also not very warm.

Breakfast offered a great selection of foods and beverages.

The pool area was very small and hard to enjoy unless you were the only one using it

Location was great and easy access to the shops and markets within HCMC

Road works out the front of the hotel and around the building, lots of mud and dirt before you enter the hotel

This is a great place and I would have rated it as exceptional. Major drawback was the Pool is not operational. I did note a review in early May saying pool was closed and had incorrectly assumed it would have been reopened. I personally selected this hotel due to rooftop pool. After the hectic city pace and hours of shopping in the heat, the pool would have been fantastic. Of course these things happen and maintenance issues are inevitable. If they are of considerable duration this should be made clear before or at time of booking to allow guests the opportunity to reconsider stay.

Everything was ok for the price.

The service and staff were wonderful. Was in a good location to the heart of Saigon and easy to catch Grabs right outside. Staff were welcoming and helped with carrying luggages in and out of the foyer and were happy to hold onto any items before we could make it up to our room.

Not something to change but for me next time, I'll book a room with a window.

Hotel was clean and new. We got welcome drinks as soon as we arrived plus complimentary peanuts and bottled water. Would stay again. Location isnt too central but we preferred this as we wanted some peace from the noisy city.

Perfect location in District 1. walking to markets and street side cafes. Breakfasts very good. Service excellent.

Clean modern room, great size shower, comfortable bed.

The room was clean and lovely. The rooftop pool and steam room was lovely to have. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Also really good location.

The soundproofing of the rooms was sometimes a problem, as I could hear if someone was being loud with walking down the passage or opening their room door. But it wasn't a deal breaker.

The hotel is nice and seems new, decent sized rooms, comfy bed, clean, and lovely breakfast. Very good location in walking distance from many things.

The rooms are extremely loud, so anything that went on in the hallways could be heard clear as day in our room. We had some very loud neighbours that kept us up. The aircon was also strange and you had to manually turn it on and re-install every time you took the key card out. We had to rearrange our check in date, no help to gain there, and staff were a bit hard to communicate with, but they were nice. Wouldn’t stay here for long another time, as it was just a bit too expensive compared to what we got.
