Song Anh 3 Hotel

Really nice and family friendly hotel, we liked the location close to every shops, and point of interests, the room was well confortable.

Always a great stay at Ho Chi Minh, great helpful staff, comfy rooms. I good peaceful nights stay. We wouldn’t hesitate tostay again

Staff were helpful and very friendly. Nice hotel with a good location. Great Hotel, lovely staff, comfy room. 5/5

I will book again if in area! Thank you!!This was a nice affordable hotel.. Decent rooms and comfortable beds. Clean.

The location was good. The beds were fine to sleep on and it’s clear some of the furniture had been updated but overall, you get what you pay for.

When we first arrived, there was one pillow on the beds despite being booked for 3 people. We arrived later than planned due to flight issues and when we asked for extra pillows the guy said he could only bring us one. He did finally bring an extra pillow but after a long day of travelling, we didn’t expect to have to wait 20 minutes for a pillow at 3am. The shower also didn’t always run hot. There was a fridge in the room but it was not functioning and there was no windows which made the stay in this room feel quite depressing. The staff weren’t overly friendly either but perhaps this was due to a language barrier.

room spacious, housekeeping timely made up the room, decent, wifi ok

hallway bit dark

Great location and safe

Beds weren’t very comfortable and hot water ran out of shower quickly

Location

Old , Not clean and noisy

Nice clean hotel, excellent value for the price, staff friendly and welcoming, location nice and quiet. Large size room and bathroom.

Great location. Near to shopping area, Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square. Near to halal restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big. The bell boy was nice and helpful. Price was reasonable for the location.

Have to go up the stairs. The counter staff wasn't friendly. Was doing other things while talking to customer. No bath gel but just a small soap. Shampoo was not labeled. Mattress was hard. No iron. Coffee cups were so small.

Localisation is good, Quite

No window, bed a little too hard for me, arrives 1 hour earlier check-in and can't get the room. The receptionist didn't check if the room was ready, she directly reply no possible before 14:00.
