The staff provides excellent service and good manners, offering helpful information. The room design is cute and modern, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. A convenience store is just a 2-3 minute walk away. We will definitely return.

Nice room and very clean, it doesn't feel like a hotel room, it's like you're staying at your own home.

- I found it weird with the windows in the room at the 1st floor, they have 2 big windows which I like, but the view is looking at the alley, and people outside can actually see everything happen in the room if you don't use the curtain. - I didn't like the AC blow the air direct to the bed, even I tried to adjust the AC swing but it wasn't comfortable at all. I'm sensitive with the wind, so I didn't really have a good night sleep in this room.

Staff speaks zero Englisch, had no money change for payment, took years to get a receipt. Room was dusty (my nose got blocked at night), water kettle wasnt working. Bathroom got all wet after showering.

The room is clean and quiet, good for light sleepers. However, hotel located in an alley and sometimes I found it’s hard to direct Grab driver/taxi to go in.

I didn’t feel much attentive from the staff at the front. However, staff are super responsive through online supports

Good modern minimalist hotel in easy walking distance of the airport. Staff were very helpful.They're also clearly trying to reduce plastic waste which is great - drinking water in big jug in room, refillable soap/shampoo dispenser etc.

Cutlery in room was dirty.No TV in the room - it probably said this on the room description, but I didn't notice. It's not a big issue as I arrived late and left early for the airport, but it was a little surprising all the same.

Located close to the airport which is why we stayed there but quiet as not on the street but down a short driveway. The room was large and well-equipped. Lots of small restaurants and mini-marts nearby.

The rooms in the new hotel were nice. The location in the small alley (quite) and not far to the airport.

The small room in the older hotel was basic and sometimes noisy with the water pump working when other guests were taking shower. But acceptable for the price and the location.

Strange place.Insisted on payment on arrival even before I saw the room. I had to insist to see the room and they refused to accept payment on departure as it's "not our policy"Check-in was 40 minutes after the advertised time.It's a studio with a jug and microwave and kitchen sink but no plates, dishes, mugs or cutlery of any kind.They don't even supply any tea and coffee satchels.There is no TV - very weird for a city hotel.

Clean, spacious room. Right next to the laundry - v convenient. Large fridge - I can easily prepare 2 meals.Helpful staff. They may not have the brightest smile but are willing to help you with anything.

No lift (but I don't mind walking up and down the stairs)Consistent tapping sounds made by machines (I guess washing machines upstairs).

We stayed for two nights in Ho Chi Minh, one in the city and this one near the airport.We should have skipped the one in the city and just stay hier for two night. Quiet, local area and the apartment is big and has everything you need.

The bathroom is a bit too hot, because there is no window, just curtains.

Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Convenient to airport. Was noisy when other loud guests entered the hotel, but street noise was not noticiable.

The hotel is conveniently located 15 min by walk from the airport, otherwise it’s only a couple of minutes by taxi. Rooms are new and they are very nice. The room was also very clean.

They gave us a room on the first floor and there was no privacy unless you were shutting the curtains as the room was facing directly the street.

It was very near to the airport so good if you land late / early.

The man who checked us in tried selling us other stuff like a room upgrade when we arrived even though we made it very clear we were tired (as it was 4:30am) after a very long travel day. He didn’t help us with our bags. The room we were in had a horrible smell in the bathroom and the bedsheets had a stain on them.

The staff were really kind and helpful and the room was very spacious and very clean. I really like the decoration of the hotel, it's very modern but cozy, and you really have everything you need for your stay, there's even a laundry room that you can use for free, which is incredibly practical.

I chose this hotel because it is really close to the airport, as I had an early flight, if that's what you're looking for it is perfect, but if you are staying longer to visit Saigon, it is a bit far from the city. And also the mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

Whole hotel looks new and is very comfortable. Great location if you are looking for something close to the airport as it's walking distance.

The walls were paper thin and it was the main issue with the stay. Reception guy was snoring so loud that we couldn't sleep all night.
