We liked almost everything - location is great, our room was nice, bed was big and comfortable, air conditioning was strong (which was needed because of how hot it was in HCMC), rooftop pool was nice, and the best part - free laundry!

The gym is not good. Not many weights, no machines, treadmill and elliptical didnt work.

Room was excellent, highest quality room we stayed at in Vietnam. It was clean, modern, and in great condition. Hotel location was central, and very walkable.

Pool closes too early, 6pm.

Everything, especially the common kitchen and pool area. Very good.

The noise in front of the hotel was loud, couldn’t sleep so well.

The staff were great. Very helpful and made the stay good compared to the hotel itself. The entrance and facilities were good. The cleaning staff were great.

The room was not as expected. The hotel is very tired and the room was pretty poor for what we paid. It was dirty in places on the walls, the showers barely got hot and was quite cramp space wise. The plants in the pool were overgrown so you did not have a good view. The pool was not cleaned daily as it had rubbish floating in there that I had to remove twice and bird poo was on the ledges everyday. On our last night the pool was closed. The hallway carpets and walls were a bit grimy too. I could have got a much better airbnb for the price we paid. We were also in a very dirty street and next to the red light area.

this was the highlight and the best hotel we stayed in vietnam - huge room size, best amenities including free washing, water, gym, pool. excellent location right in the middle of district 1

Had a great stay, highly recommend if remote working as the WiFi is excellent and co-working room is a good place for this.The staff were also fantastic in accommodating an early check in at no extra cost and the free laundry is a nice addition I wasn't aware of.Breakfast is basic but appreciated and close to lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants in district 1.

Our room was big, great AC, huge comfortable bed, very clean, good little breakfast, pool and small gym.

The soundproofing wasn’t the best in our room so at night/early morning it was louder than I expected but it wasn’t the end of the world and the quality of the room made up for it.

The breakfast was non existent and no room service It really isn’t a hotel let alone a 4 star

The light at the mirror in the bathroom is way too less (shaving is very hard too evaluate, I guess women have problems with their makeup) and the breakfast is quite good but should change a bit over days

Convenient location, nice and clean communal kitchen with plates etc, a nice space for chill down with some local fruits bought just from the market downstairs. Super helpful staff, we liked all the restaurants the receptionist recommended.

The rooftop pool has a great view! Loved being able to refresh in the pool after a long day of site seeing. The staff was very nice and checked in on us everyday of our stay.

The walls are very, very thin. It takes forever for the hot water to come on in the shower. Our bed was very bumpy and probably needed to be replaced.Also note that this hotel is right in the middle of the red light district. But it’s also in walking distance to many other sites and markets.

I liked the communal area and that it was conveniently close to the shopping centre and many popular spots. The staff was lovely and very helpful
