The ambience is great.. and I have to rate highly the mattress topper.. it made my sleep so good.. and walking along a river us always good.

Although it's a love hotel, I didn't come across any "couples".

The location

Booking.com did not inform me that this is a love hotel, so no windows.

We were a bit sceptical about the hotel because it’s a love hotel and we went as friends. But honestly had a best experience, it was clean, comfy, super affordable and a great location. Staff were nice, 10/10 experience. We actually booked on for an extra night in their sister venue because it was so good.

Absolutely nothing. Not as described.

Everything, window was bricked up, staff were extremely rude. Left after an hour as room not as described, no refund given and they tried to charge me more to cancel even though I paid for my stay in full already. Staff are so rude. Do not book this place!

Be aware !!!

I booked a room for two nights, but unfortunately I checked out after 3 hours. Please beware of very misleading photos and lack of information about the lack of windows and daylight in some rental options. Unfortunately, my room was one of those, even though I didn't find any information about the lack of a window when booking. Additionally, it was stuffy and smelly. When I asked the staff to refund the fee for at least one night's stay, I was ignored - and, to put it briefly, booking also ignored me. I don't recommend it to anyone, stay away

The room is pretty and clean. But if you go for solo trip might be a bit problem because this is love hotel ?I didn’t realised it on the first place however everything is good

The only time ever that I couldn’t sleep because the room couldn’t be darkened.There kept being a light on through the window and there no blinds.Awful experience.

Very good location. The view is very nice looking out to the river. The room is new, clean and modern. The staff is so nice and accommodating. You can’t go wrong with The restaurants and cafes and shops around the areas

The pillows are too thick and not soft enough so this hurts my neck badly. Also the rooms are not sound proof at all, so I could hear clearly most sounds from the room next door

The suspicious mirror reveals to other side. Missing security and privacy for those mirrors.

You get a good value out of what you paid for. The staff are friendly and hospitable and attends to your needs. Though they don’t speak that much English, they do their best to provide you with what you need or with the service that you need.

I’d say the room size, but it’s fair. I think there’s an info about the room size, I got the lowest room tier but was able to fit all of my luggages and had enough room to still move around

Some místake with staff about the room with windows, the price in booking not show about room no windows, that uncomfortable and hard to know if you not clear everything. That I must go to check before I come to check-in!

This is a love hotel not a normal hotel for travel or business. The strange noise at midnight is a nightmare, hard to sleep, the room is too small and bathroom not have a divider, all room is all glass.

Feel like they try to scam you if you’re a TOURIST we stayed 1 night originally but asked to stay another night and got told it was a extra £20 for the room which was a lie as we went on booking com and it was the original price , we ended up getting a cheap room and when checking out the 2nd day got charged for water when we didn’t the 1st night , so be careful about the drinks and ask if they are free before as we got told they were
