    • Near airport and many restaurants
    • For under 500k (as of April 2025) you get a roll of the dice room. Our first room was clean, but shower head leaked to the point of terrible water pressure, and build up of the drain causing it to flood within a couple of minutes. Air conditioner was also weak. I asked to swap for a better room and an employee apologized, asked for us to just bear with it for one night, and they will swap me rooms tomorrow morning. After noon the next day I requested the swap, but it didn’t happen until evening. The room was still relatively clean except some mold in the bathroom. The shower head was perfect and draining was normal. But the air conditioner did not work. I told the employee that swapped us rooms (different than the one who apologized) and he seemed annoyed. Said he’ll walk with me to the room to investigate. After following me to the switched room, he stood there nonchalantly telling me to come back later when he’s done investigating. Fine, not like I should worry about my stuff being stolen or anything. I went out for dinner with the wife. Coming back later, its the other employee again who had better customer service. He said since he didn’t hear anything from his coworker, everything must be fine.It was not fine. There was literally zero air moving from the AC unit. My travel luggage scale has a built in thermometer and it read over 28 degrees C (over 82 F) even after being turned on and in the room for over 30 mins. I told him I’ll gladly take the refund for my remaining two nights (I had extended another night from my original 3 nights) and I’ll find another hotel. He immediately swapped me rooms. This last and final room we decided to keep. Air conditioner was ice cold. The shower head broken, but at least no flooding. Walls were dirty. Cob webs in the bathroom. We compromised. We shouldn’t need to. It is what it is. For about less than 500k (less than $20) a night, and for being about 5 mins from the airport via taxi, its a decent value.
    • It's 5 min drive to the airports. The room is spacious and the beds are big and comfortable.

    Cons -

    • I understand it's a budget hotel but you still need to supply toilet paper. There was absolutely none when first checked in and tried to use the toilet.... ran back down to ask for a roll, quite embarrassing?
    • The TV is tiny and does not work properly. There is no safe.
    • Ants, cockroaches, bed bugs in my room

    Staff we’re at least apologetic

Ants, cockroaches, bed bugs in my room

Was great place to be in the middle of Hanoi unfortunately due to a late flight we didn’t get to explore as much as we wanted too. But it was a good affordable hotel x

    10LoretaPosted on: 2-27-2025

We especially liked the helpful and very friendly staff. We were glad that they allowed us to stay in the room longer, until our flight.

    5KristinaPosted on: 2-13-2025

it was at the alley. a bit difficult to find the place. stained bedsheets not so cleanjust stayed there one night due to transit flight location was super nearby airport

Property is close to the airport and convenient to necessities. If you need to crash before or after your flight, it’s a great value to come here. The staff was very accommodating

    9AndreyPosted on: 1-31-2025

helpful staff; clean room and natty yard and neighborhood; proximity to the airport; great location with lots of shops, coffee houses and restaurants

No windows at all. My sleep was not good; probably because of a time gap, but I can't say I was very tired. A possible reason -- dry air, but I can't say exactly.

    10MaisiePosted on: 1-24-2025

Friendly staff, we got in at 3am for our flight and it was perfect for a long sleep before our travels!

    4DianaPosted on: 1-22-2025

The pillows were good although we asked for another pillow and they said no, they only allow 1per bed. That’s ridiculous. The shower was really nice but it did leak a bit. There is a few good coffee shops down the road and around the corner and a great bar/restaurant across the street and a few doors down to the left.

The beds are quite hard and even though we knew we were getting a room without a window we were quite shocked at how closet like it was. It seems like they ran strong air freshener through the air con all night and I had a terrible headache by morning. The entire place was so perfumy I would not stay there again. There are several other hotels in the area.

    8KerriePosted on: 12-31-2024

Booked this hotel to use for 6 hours before flight as close to airport. Super economical.

    Nothing. Suited purpose.

    3UlfPosted on: 12-30-2024

    No roaches

Staff hardly present, not helpful with luggage, only have one key. Most things in room broken. Shower, bidet, sink, aircon remote, to mention the worst. Not cleaned well. Dirt in every corner. Water on bathroom floor on arrival.

    10GuvenPosted on: 12-26-2024

Very convenient, helpful staff and quiet. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checking out.

    7McduffPosted on: 12-23-2024

    Great location, nice hotel.

Staff couldn't speak English, the breakfast and coffee were not designed for Australians, and I am sure of that. They tried, but if the staff learned to smile, it would help heaps

    10MeganPosted on: 12-11-2024

Affordable, clean, modern and stylish! Right near the airport with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I’ll be staying here again

    9Bao T.Posted on: 12-8-2024

    - Nice location for a very short night stay before our early morning flight- good amenity- big and clean bathroom facility- comfy and big bed- staffed 24/7- nice alternative* couch at the foot of the bed

    - Alternative couch might need cleaning between guests as there are stains

    10EurocanadianPosted on: 11-23-2024

Room was exactly as pictured, so that was already a plus. First time I had a room where the freezer was not caked with ice, so that was great. Smart TV, good wifi, room was very clean, ample hot water and more. In a good area and easy to get anywhere with grab motorbike. I even went to my favourite restaurant by grab motorbike called Pho 24...it is a chain but food is fantastic. Also try Mixue tea and ice cream locations.

They have a kettle but no tea or coffee but that was a minor issue.

    10JamiePosted on: 10-13-2024

I always stay at this hotel because of it's close proximity to the airport and good rates. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff

    7MarioPosted on: 9-20-2024

    Good value; clean

Down an alley way which did not look safe. Also a sign advertising rates by the hour made it look like a brothel. You should remove this.
