Tan Son Nhat Saigon Hotel

Amazing breakfast, outstanding.

The mattress! You could feel the springs just sitting on it let alone laying on it.

The staff was amazing and spoke great English which is rare

Beautiful hotel, great suite, staff were helpful and near airport

It is a bit away from attractions

Nothing special

Staff in Blue restaurant (one girl particular) was very bad. Did not want to serve us, got our order mixed up, service was very poor and slow

Excellent location near airport, ideal for early flights and avoiding crazy traffic. Cafe next door is great

Street front rooms a little noisy, but otherwise ok.

This is my seventh or eighth time staying at this facility. I have been very satisfied with the staff and the service offered. The operation is very smooth, and they all speak English well.

My only disappointment during this visit is as follows:1. The Chinese restaurant DIM TU DUC, which was located on the 2nd floor, has been relocated and is no longer in the facility. I loved their food and it was very convenient to invite guests to join for the evening.2. The doorknob of the room I stayed in was broken, making it difficult for me to enter. I needed to call facilities for help each time.

The location is very convenient - only 10 minutes to airport by taxi. The staff is also very efficient and helpful. Breakfast good. Room very comfortable. Good view.

When I arrive at 10am with tiring travel, they don’t allow me to check in…

Very nice room, breakfast very good, reception was outstanding

Breakfast room only one coffee source, joghurt weird

location was greatbreakfast was excellent

Nweda renovation old carpet old bathroom

The location is about 8 minutes to the airport. The breakfast is so great with so many choices of Vietnamese foods and Western foods. The foods are very delicious. We did enjoy breakfast here. The relax massage & spa treatment is very good to try after landing a long flight (reasonable price, good massage skill & facilities). I surely recommend this hotel to my family & friends or anyone who travel to Ho Chi Minh City.

The floor carpet is a bit old and may cause a minor smell (not easily recognized). It'll be definitely very good to change the carpet or wooden floor.

Nice lobby

The staff at the reception was not welcoming Room looks dated

All staff so good and friendly

Bathroom is badWhen we’re showering all wet because designed not good

Very nice breakfast area with very good selection. The room was big.

The room was a bit old-fashioned, the bed was not very comfortable.

room is big and spacious

They have renovations going on and its very noisy

Pleasant stay. Hotel was clean with good facilities

The hotel has dated decor, Otherwise it is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Even though it is dated, the hotel has been obviously well maintained.

nice hotel, excellent breakfast, beautiful environment, clean room, and big space, freindly staff, perfect!

For us the location was perfect, it is close to the airport, 20 minutes taxi ride to the center. The pool area is really nice, our children loved it.The breakfast has a huge selection especially in Asian food.Lots of restaurants are inside of the hotel. Our suite was huge and comfortable, the bed and the pillows are super comfy too.

I liked pretty much everything. There is a lot of traffic around the area, hard to cross the road.

The location near the airport is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is outstanding.

Our stay was all good.

The breakfast was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. they had fruits in the hotel which was a nice surprise. Very close to the airport which makes it very convenient for travel.

Staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. I would assume a 5 star hotel would allow you to ask for water to be sent to the room, but they told me they don't have water and if you want to can drink at the reception area.

Good location. Big rooms.

No charging points. No hot water.
