Thien Ha Hotel and Apartment

The staff are exceptional! They have assisted me with all my wants and needs.  the front desk. He helped with all of my problems with booking and late arrivals. I cannot day enough about him as well as the rest of the desk staff!

I loved everything about this hotel!

Big room, nice location, 24hrs reception, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, access to the roof, swimming pool, gym and more.

Children are not allowed to swimming pool, even if they have floaties.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed inside.

The images on the website for this property are false. The pool had just black tables and chairs around it (far too hot to sit on) no sunbeds. Only ONE pool even though the website states it has two. The pool isn’t apart of the hotel, it’s the gym next doors pool that you can have access to. The restaurant next to the hotel was very poor service, overpriced food and not very nice. Apart from the restaurant next door there isn’t many places near by to eat. I did think the price of this hotel and its pictures were too good to be true and that was correct.

Nice pool, but there never been any people there.

A lot of dust, and dead roaches under TV. TV is old type, and not a smart TV. Furniture is dated. Towels had holes in them. Ceiling in the bathroom had mold stains. But for the price I paid, I can't complain much.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The SSC recommended it. You can thank Thuan. I really like the restaurant next-door. I went to the grand opening of soul great happy hour. I really liked the drinks there. Food is excellent. I liked SSC voucher. It granted me half price entry. That's a good deal. I will definitely come back to train more at the SSC and stay at the hotel because it's next-door.

The bed needs a little more cushion. The air conditioning took about 30 minutes to cool down the room. I recommend if a western visitor is coming turn on the air conditioning prior to their arrival.

Room size was good

Nothing like the pictures, pool area not available, air conditioning poor also the neighbouring property has chickens and roosters which are very noisy at all hours

Friendly staff

My room yad been smoked in and there was cigarette ash on the windowsill. Even though I told reception staff this was not cleaned during my stay

Nice being out of the central district, this area felt more local although it was still extremely busy, the food was cheaper along the street and the gym facilities at the boxing gym was fabulous and the pool was amazing

the hotel doesn’t have a pool but it is connected to Saigon Sports Centre which has a pool. You will receive a free ticket to use the pool each time you want to use it the lift got stuck and we had to call a manager the bed is super bouncy and often uncomfortable to sleep on

Staff was friendly and willing to help. The price was good.

In the photos they make it look like the swimming pool is in the hotel, but it is actually just a voucher for the swimming pool in the gym nearby. What was a shock for us, we traveled with 2 year old and they would not allow us to enter the pool area with the child. They say there was an accident sometime before and they have a policy that no kids are allowed, what a logic! There was also very loud music til late hours that didn't stop after our complaints. Breakfast disappointed us too. We are quite tolerant but we experienced all this in one night stay so I think that says it all.

Dirty decorative cushion, no hairdryer/ tv control/ slippers (provided when we asked). 2 used masks in one of the drawers ?? 2 plastic cups of coffee in the fridge, probably left by the previous guests and the hotel didn't clean the room properly. Cold shower.

we had a spacious room with a balcony to the pool. it was nice to get breakfast to the room and it’s great to use to pool.

the size of the room.

not much.. it was not inviting from the street. the windows were dirty and it looked like an old office building.

Greeted by a warm smile and my name ? the friendly front of house were super kind and professional..the room was a great size and the house keeping was perfection!!! Nice hot shower and comfortable bed ..with good tv reception.. we were on a busy street but the room was very quiet with huge windows and nice size deck ...The mall around the block was excellent for children with two indoor playgrounds and a supermarket..Also on the same road was a fish emporium restaurant you have to try !! Kids would love it !! This was a great stay if you have kids and your good at crossing roads ..if not, you will be afterwards .. breakfast was great & delivered to your room ..Magnificent!!! We highly recommend ⭐?
