Excellent location, and not noisy at an attractive price. Beware some rooms have no windows. And if do, maybe can nit be opened.

The staff was kind. The location of the hotel is great for first timers. There is a bus hub just in front of the hotel, so you can visit the different attractions in the city by public transport. The area around the hotel is mostly walkable with pedestrian lanes.

The size of the room is rather small. Everything gets wet in the bathroom if you take a shower, eventhough there is a glass to prevent exactly that. Someone was smoking on our floor and due to the air conditioning, the smell then got into our room. We had to turn off the air conditioning but unfortunately, our clothes had already absorbed the smell.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Polite staffs, good room.

The worst hotel I've ever been in! We expected a decent hotel for 36 euros per night in Saigon and we got stained towels and bugs. Luckily, we spent only 5 hours in this rusty and dirty hotel

Great location, very easy access to everything. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Value for money.

Could hear the noise from outside through the window. The place could do with a detailed clean, lots dust in room and corridor floor not clean.

towels looked old and did not feel clean. soap and shampoo bottles were not labelled, neither were they refilled. there were no batteries in the remote control for the tv.

Wonderful place! Strong air con, wifi, comfy beds, clean, nice bathrooms and great location all combine to make SoGo my go to when in Saigon. Mr. Harry at the front desk (along with others) is always kind and helpful, whatever my needs may be. The location helps, but finding a place where everything is on point is rare. Well done, Harry and team!

Everything was great! I can for a couple of nights, stayed for 5 and then came back for yet another night when returning from the Mekong Delta.

Great hotel ! Cheap compared to quality. In terms of location, they are right in the center near the entertainment places but soooo surprisingly quiet at night. Polite staff, they show professionalism and enthusiasm everytime when we need assistance, many tks. We booked 2 types of rooms, Studio (no windows) and Cozy (with windows), the amenities are the same but the one with the window is nicer and more comfortable, I recommend choosing this one. The hallway is carpeted and the floor in the room is wooden, so it feels warm, completely different from other hotels of the same class I've stayed in in Vietnam. Very satisfied, my family booked 1 night here and extended 2 more nights.For someone who need, I took a photo of the bus 109, from airport dirrectly to the hotel.

Location - central, near the bus pick up points. Convenient if you arrive and depart Saigon using this mode of transportation. It was near enough to walk to Bui Vien without breaking a sweat, but far enough from the noise of the party goers. Toilet : Clean and modern with glass walls separating it from the room. If you feel your inner voyuerism coming out, you can shower with the roller blinds up. Has the usual toiletries free to use, but should it prove to not be enough, Circle K mart is only a few doors away. Room : Neat, tidy and smelt of potpourri upon entering. Comfortable bed, fluffy pillow and cold air conditioner (BIG plus point with this current heatwave - it was 35-39C).Receptionists on duty were great. Friendly and very helpful.

No safety deposit box. The hotel doesnt keep your passport upon checking in.Tho they do not clean the room unless requested, and there is a lockable drawer in the wardrobe, it still does worry the mind a wee bit when leaving valuables behind.

Good location, new room & friendly staffs

My partner was very sick when we arrived and so the staff let us check in early (for a fee) which was very helpful. The free laundry (one top, one bottom, one undergarment) per night was useful. The hotel generally was as described and the location was convenient - very close to 'beer street' but without the noise!

Staff spoke English well and very polite. Room was reasonably nice and everything worked.

Location was great for getting on the airport bus. The local food market is just outside.

The toilet seat was of different model and should be easily fixed.

No breakfast. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Room over the street was a bit noisy at times, but not real bad.

Our stay at Sogo was pretty good. Location was perfect, staff was great and the room had all the basics.It was the most affordable option in central and it was walking distance to almost everything you should see in Ho Chi Minh! The staff, specially Bob, were very friendly and helpful everytime we needed help with something. Lastly the room was pretty good, strong AC, comfy bed, soft pillows, strong water pressure and hot water and we got the daily free water, toiletries and towels when we asked. ?
