Great staff, great food , a great place to stay at a great price.

Great location and staff! I had a room overlooking the river. Very comfortable! The staff are amazing especially the door men and breakfast workers. Breakfast is served on the top floor by the pool. They had different types of noodles every day! Outstanding!

One elevator, kind of slow, but it did not matter.

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Room is spacious. Breakfast was good.

Room view is not good. There is a building under construction next to the room and they were jackhammering until 9:30pm. I contacted the front desk to see if they could make them stop but the staff disregarded my request. In my opinion its the hotel's staff duty to enforce noise ordinances, but they did not share that view. If I was the owner of the hotel, I would take this issue seriously.Hotel price was high compared to the room and noise level.

Room was not clean and not enough space. Generally housekeeping services were problems. Old and dirty towels, not cleaning room etc.There was not enough food for breakfast.There was s lot of noise coming into the room from outside.

My sister and I picked Sky Gem Central because it’s close to famous tourist spots but still quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Although it didn’t have a city view, the natural light in the room was great. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus

This was my first time in Ho Chi Minh City, and I chose Sky Gem Central for its great location. The hotel is close to famous tourist attractions like Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Ben Thanh Market, but still quiet enough to rest.

Loud music plays all night on Saturdays. Window looked out to the building wall next door.Older hotel, looked better online - would stay elsewhere next time.

Excellent and friendly staff. Nice location right in the city center.

The windows are very noisy because of the road outside, lots of honking that will wake you up early.The airco was more of an air vent, even on max cooling it didn't do much and it will remain quite hot.

The hotel is tucked away in a small alley, so it’s super quiet. But just a few steps out and you’re right back in the middle of the city.

The elevator was fast and smooth. Even during busy hours, I never had to wait long. Staff were great at helping international guests too.
