The room was very spacious! I loved that there was a sitting-area and it was nice to be able to connect to Netflix and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect! Ben Thanh Market is right across the street! There are a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby as well. You're within walking distance to other tourist attractions as well. I was really comfortable here and would love to come back again!

Great location, very center, right next to Bến Thành market. It's walkable to many nice places in Ho Chi Minh city.The staff is nice, wished they would be more helpful.

They gave me the room which is not exactly as the one in the picture but it's still okay. I should have noticed in the messages before arrival. They would be supportive.

Very hard bed.and.noise from fan sucking air from toilet. Toilet smells if fan doesn't run. AC unit not cool. Temperature is uncomfortably warm in the room.

Good location with pleasant staff with decent sized room.

Our Junior Suite with Balcony had windows and a balcony door but all were wooden shutters with no glass. We kept them closed to keep out mosquitoes hence no natural light.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room as well as the common areas were very clean and well maintained. The luggage storage service was also very convenient and handled smoothly.The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, which made everything even more comfortable. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions.The only downside is that some room types have firmer mattresses, which may not suit everyone, but everything else was truly comfortable and enjoyable.Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The rooms smelled a bit moldy, maybe because there was no window in the room. Also the toilet was making weird sounds. Finally they charged 150.000 dong (5€) because they claimed the towels were dirty, showing no proof. There might have been some mascara, but this seems to me regular use.

The place is very comfortable, offering ample space and a convenient distance to the market.

There is room for improvement in staff communication.

Bad smell in my room. I stayed in the hotel two times, different rooms but always annoyed by the unpleasant odor from the toilet

The room was good but the main problem was the 2nd bathroom. The top floor of the apartment room didn't have an attached toilet we had to climb up and down to use the washroom. The top floor room had its beds lying just fer inches above and the dressing table is also in very low sitting. So the top floor room is not recommended for tall guys over 6 feet. The stairways to the top floor dont have any hand rails which makes it difficult to climb up and down when some one is with sleepy eyes or drunk

It’s walking distance to nearby markets and mall.

Nearly tripped while heading to the bathroom as there is a ledge stepping into the bathroom. Found a cockroach, ants, and gecko/lizard in room. Didn’t allow us to use phone for local calls. No window. On day of check out, kept us at the front desk to ensure nothing was wrong in the room before we can leave.

Close by many places. I did stay here in 2022 as well and it was okay.. now I recently came back in July 2025 since I like the location and their prices are not bad. The hotel is much better now. I highly recommend the newer rooms. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Planning to stay again when I go next year

The location id convernience

The design of the apartment is not reasonable. Kitchen and bathroom areas are not matched

Location is very convenient since it’s right next to Ben Thanh Market. The staff were accommodating esp. when we arrived around 3am. Though the room we got has no windows and we couldn’t tell if it’s raining outside, but it’s just enough for a good night sleep and shower.

Our room has no windows, though we already know this when we booked but it was not hassle really since we only slept and shower there.

The location is perfect for shopper because its just a minute away to market, restaurant and money changer. Walking distance to war museum and independence palace.

Minor issue with soap and shampoo dispenser. It should have been check before accepting guest. Im already having a shower when I discovered that the dispensers are jamned who would have thought. We could have ask to change our room but we already unloaded our things. Next time I will see to it to have walkthrough to the room first begore unpacking. The staff were attentive to come and fix the issue. And had overall pleasant stay.
