Roseland Sweet Hotel

Very well located hotel just minutes from the Old Post Office and Notre Damn Cathedral, across the street from Little Tokyo. The staff is very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions to the best foods. My room was spacious and comfortable.

There is no overhead showe in the bathroom. The handheld one requires using one hand and it is not very convenient.

Staff and overall team very friendly and helpful

No food outside breakfast

Reception charged my card in advance even though they said I could use another form of payment. Took an hour to resolve. Unpleasant experience

Great location in a vibrant part of the city. Comfortable room with sufficient amenities. Wonderful views from the rooftop pool / lounge area. Ms. Ti at the front desk was kind enough to make a great dinner recommendation to nearby Quan Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant - great suggestion. Thanks!

Good location, nearby some famous places such as opera house, good staff especially Mike and Rin

Its staff which were exceptional and location. In particular Sue and Mike who could not do enough to help us.

It’s small rooms and slight dated decor. However its cosy feeling and boutique atmosphere was lovely.

Good hotel with lots of good reviews online. Staff Wy and Suee were excellent, room had a desk to work on which was great

Nice room and good finish, great sink. The room was prefect. Nice staff especially Wy and Rin

The staff was very helpful, especially Suee and Mike. Room and the hotel in general were good, but nothing special

The breakfast room was not comfitertable, and ac made it drafty. There was also pest control going on, and no information was provided wheter it is regular or for some specific reason. I checked my room and find no marks of bed bugs.

Nicely located and check in, stay, check out, taxi etc. was all well organised and coordinated. Great stay! Michael the bell boy and Kevin the night manager- Excellent service and very helpful.

Kevin and Mike are very hospitality and helpful! Each stay in this hotel is a wonderful exp. The location is perfect, very tidy and clean.

Very good value for money, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a good variety of choices.
