It located near the park and a bus stop area. Ther are many places to eat and drink nearby.

There was water, but it can't be adjusted. It was very cold in the morning and very hot in the afternoon. PowerPoint did not work as the sockets were loose.The morning staff member who had to call us a Taxi at 4.45am did not want to wake up from the Couch. He turned the lights off again after I turned them on to help him wake up.We do not recommend this place even for only one night.

The location is within walking distance to the city centre. Our guided tour departs from this location so we were happy that our bookings were confirmed

Our bookings were not honoured. We booked 3 small rooms but when we arrived, there were only 2 large rooms available and the room rates were higher. We had to take the rooms because it was too late to look for accommodations at 8pm. The rooms were in very poor condition. We are definitely not coming back there. The hotel marked our bookings as not showing up. That is beyond deceitful!!! Do not risk! This hotel might ruin your holiday!

Very basic accomodation, furniture and decor tatty and basic. No recrption on TV, cleaner does not clean room daily. However, still very good value for money I paid, great location and most important, very quiet, and able to get a good nights sleep. Very good if you are on a budget.

-The fact we were very busy whilst in HCM therefore only needed to use this place to sleep

We had to be moved rooms because of the state of our first one. Absolutely vile, public bathroom state of dirty. Hairs and spit stains in the sink, pee in the toilet. We even had someone’s clothes hanging in the shower. The room was as if it had been lived in and not cleaned for a long time. Our second room was just as bad…-The place and rooms are not like the pictures advertised-Cobwebs everywhere-Our shower holder was broken so couldn’t shower properly-Our sheets had been slept in-The state of the rooms are pure filth-Bathroom tap only comes out really hot-The workers would sleep on the seating in reception, you would walk past and nothing would wake them-Sticky floors, also coated in long womens hairs-Wallpaper hanging off the walls-Couldn’t use our wardrobe as there was a couch in front of it blocking the doors, if we moved the couch it would block the front door-Extremely uncomfortable mattresses -Ashtrays in hallways

Right......first of all, after seeing my room, I read the reviews because I was somewhat disappointed - no TV and no window. However, room was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Air con was great and I could stream on wi-fi - only 3am games though! There was a kettle and fridge and I had hot water. For 3 nights I was quite happy but not more than that please. 3 nights in Ho Chi Minh, by the way, is not enough. Room was secure, laundry service was good too. I didn't see any cockroaches and no issues with mosquitoes as I had a net. Would use again. Location couldn't be better. Good value in my opinion for the price I paid. Many thanks.

No TV and NO WINDOW!!

The location was ok and the bed sheets were clean

The hotel was disgusting it was dirty and really basic. The room was awful. The shower was hanging off the wall. There was mould on the walls. The kettle was full of dirty brown water. The fridge was mouldy and the inside was broken The staff moved us and our belongings without our permission. The receptionist was asleep on the sofa in the reception area. The staff were really unhelpful and we had to pay in cash before they would let us into the room.This hotel should be condemned. It needs a full revamp.Do not stay there

Rude and lazy staff, very dirty room, bedsprings broken, door seperating toilet from bath broken, the sink was broken, so water was all over the floor if you wanted to wash your hands. The staff couldn't care less. All in all, quite horrible.

Very noisy environment, not very tidy, we left earlier.

KFC is just at the corner of the hotel. Opposite road has an underground shopping. Staff can speak basic English. Have elevator .Hot shower and aircond function well

Small room but We only stays for few hours as a transit.. dont have much to comment.

Really nice location, we can walk to the Ben Thanh market, or walking street in less than 5 minutes.Room was tidy, pretty small but affordable.
