Nicecy Saigon Hotel

The door boys all try to get you to go with them to get an illegal happy ending massage. They won't stop pestering you about it

The location. The Hotel was clean and comfortable.

I only had 1 small window in my room with no view at all.

Friendly employees and always willing to help with directions, things to do etc

The conditioner was just water, the towels weren’t very clean.

- The staff was very kind and helpful! - The hotel has the perfect location! You are literally within walking distance to the major attractions of HCM.- It was very clean!

- There was a very disturbing and heavy smell of mold and probably puke in the room. And you cannot ventilate the room, so you have to endure it. It was so unbearable I could not spend much time in the room. - There is a tiny window in the room and it was facing a wall/fire exit. So there is basically no sunlight in the room and it feels like a dungeon :)- if you are not Asian or familiar with Asian breakfast, which is basically not much different from lunch/dinner, the only option you have for breakfast is eggs and cereals. I had to eat outside during my stay.

It was a decent room and very clean , staff are very attentive , helpful and friendly . I’m coming back soon.

Centrally located,good restaurants and shops close by.The hotel is a little run down and needs a good clean in places,the staff are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was ok.Our room didn’t have any windows which is a bit weird

Location is good and accessible to most of the popular locations

1. Hotel doesn't met with the expectation and the amount paid for2. If you take bath after 8:00AM you have to take bath with cold water3. Limited breakfast options for Vegetarian 4. Hotel staff doesn't understand your concern and every time need some translator to explain5. I'hv checked out in morning 6:30AM and requested to print the invoice once i come back at 7:00PM in evening they mentioned morning staff not communicated the evening staff6. I have checked out 6hours before the checkout time, but when i requested for 30mins or 1 hour earlier checkin they requested for additional money, which courtesy for guests

This hotel is quite nice, the rooms are clean and tidy, the receptionist here is enthusiastic and lovely, very close to Bach Dang wharf and walking street

The hotel is in a great location! Our room decoration was beautiful and everything was very clean. Maybe less furniture will help the overcrowding in such a small space. Unfortunately, there is no ventilation in the bathroom and a smell of sewer crawls from the pipes… it was absolutely horrible!

The bathroom needs some type of ventilation because it is impossible to cope with the sewer smell.

The Saigon river bank is not far from the hotel. I walked there and there were many festivals.

I booked the Nicecy Ben Nghe but they transferred us to a different Nicecy hotel which is not as good but still charged me the same price which is not acceptable- the AC turned off several times at night that woke me up several times to turn it back on. I am demanding a a partial refund.

Beautiful Indochina style room, located near the river bank, airy and quiet. Visibility is at a good level
