The room was like the photos

I booked the room for my dad and they did not let me pay for it when he checked out. So I guess cash was better than card.

Old rooms, not very sound proof and a busy street below.

Close to everything like street markets, Post Office, and shopping centers.

The massage appointment was mishandled. My wife booked a facial and body massage and when the time came to do the massage, the staff there was not aware. They took her in to do the facial massage but instead gave her a head massage and hair wash, and tell her to come back in 90 minutes for the body massage which conflicted with our scheduled activities then, so she had to cancel the body massage.

The hotel itself offers an excellent and very high level of service, while being located in an area where the unique and colorful Southeast Asian atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City is especially well felt. If you want to stay in a good hotel while also being in the very heart of authentic Vietnamese local flavor, this is one of the most optimal places to choose.

Hotel was clean inviting. Right in the heart of everything. Staff was amazing. Tended to all needs.

Beautiful hotel, love the breakfast, receptions were nice. The location was near to every spots there by walking distance. I will come back again for sure ❤️

Bed was super hard

The hotel is in an excellent location and has all the necessary commodities.

The windows were not soundproof, so we could hear all the sound from the outside. It was as if the windows were open. The bed mattress also very hard. The hotel was as in the photos, but there were from when the hotel was new. It is now showing the signs of time and needs some renovation.

The location is excellent as everything around you. Loved the rooftop pool & the complimentary afternoon tea was a treat. Beds super comfy bath superb. Staff very professional. breakfast was great very extensive & covered english & Asian tastes

I liked the location of this hotel. Withing walking distance to all tourist attractions. The market Ben Tahn, independence palace, the post office and Notre Dame cathedral. Also Bui Vien street with it's nighlife bars and clubs in the vicinity. The staff are very helpful ..the breakfast was delicious.

The pool is very small. I could see that only two person fits at a time.

Pool was closed for maintenance for the 2 nights we were there and street house can be quite loud from your room

So weird to have a coffeemachine with only coffee with sugar. No non sugar option out of 5 different coffee types?

The location is good

The rate is higher than other propertyaround the area which offer better prices. The breakfast is very limited and not much choice.
