It was nice location, staff spoke english, very helpful. Room was clean. Possible to pay with card without an issue. I did a lot of research before booking hotels in Vietnam, im glad to book this one ;) it was a good choice ;)

This was a great and affordable stay in the city. I only stayed one night but would have stayed longer as it was quiet and clean. The bed was comfy too!

I like that the neighborhood was quiet and while not very near some tourist spots, it was easy to get to. The rooms are clean and the staff was very nice.

Property was located literally steps away from a Main Street. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and street food. The front desk lady was extremely nice, had no issue communicating in English at all. Check in was literally flawless and quick. There is an elevator that takes you upstairs to your room. At no time was I ever in the elevator with another person but I do know there were others in their room as the lights were on and I heard talking in the hallway. Inside the room you cannot hear outsides noise. The AC takes a while to kick in , but there is a fan inside that you can turn on first to circulate the air. There’s free water in a glass bottle, a safe and come hangers do your clothes. The water pressure was always strong and great, didn’t have issues with hot water throughout the stay. The bum-gun was on another level. The pressure can send you to space, but atleast you know you’re clean. Room service is great, reception asks when you leave if room needs to be cleaned or not. If you don’t want to talk to anyone, there’s also a DND and service room button inside you can switch on. If you leave at night the front gate is down halfway, just watch your head if you are tall, the other employee, usually a man, is sleeping downstairs and watches the property throughout the overnight time. I gotta say, everything was pleasant. I wished I could have stayed longer, but this will be a place I will definitely recommend and revisit when I come to HCMC. It’s only 30 minutes from the airport.

There was absolutely nothing bad about this location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds and A/C were very comfortable. Room is quite small but just enough for a single traveller. There is a good desk and the Wifi was very fast. You can also park your bike overnight in their underground garage which is highly advised as bike thefts are fairly common and they do sometimes target tourists.

I missed breakfast 2/3 days I was there and the one time I got it, it was very simple but tasty and didn't fill me up but I was not hungry anymore either. It's located on a very quiet street off the main street so it's not noisy at night but a little tricky to find it the first time.

Nice and cozy room equipped with everything.The staff is really lovely and helpful! We had the opportunity to check in earlier, to leave the luggage and have a shower before our night bus.The breakfast is really delicious!

We enjoyed our stay at Piano Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, perfect beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was perfect. We were very happy.

- The staff were exceedingly polite and helpful - Very convenient location - The reception always had either Oanh or Peter to ask and help with any of our questions - Good breakfast- Went out of the way to leave our bags after checkout and even provided us with towels to have a shower when we went back to pick our bags to leave

- Just be mindful, credit card payments while settling final bill attract a 3% fee

Staff was very attentive and willing to serve Breakfast even slightly beyond breakfast hours a bit.

There was ONLY ONE vegetarian choice. It was Ala-carte menu and guest can choose only one option from the breakfast menu.

The breakfast was very good with good choices. The location was also very good, easy to get to most of the destinations you would want to see.

I was very happy with my stay there and it helped that the staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, especially the young lady on the front desk who helped me on numerous occasions thankyou.

Very clean and located in a nice area! Close to a mini mart for snacks. The AC and WiFi were both great. The laundry service was super convenient. Was easy to get picked up for tours

Room was large with two double beds and very clean. Staff were excellent they accomodated my request for an early check in. They gave me a space to keep my luggage and also had made a provision for shower as my room got ready at 12 pm, which really helped me as I was coming after a long flight. Staff were very helpful always with a smile.

Can’t really point out anything, it was a good stay value for money

Breakfast was good, The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant .Always willing to help with advice on where to go to and places to eat Oanh at reception was so kind to me and helped me out with breakfast to go when I went on tours . And allowed me to use there bathroom to freshen up before my night flight back to Hanoi .

The room, the beds were clean and very comfortable. The location is very good. Easy 15 minutes walking to the big market. Lovely little street with no noise, a very good and nice restaurant, just 2 doors further. The breakfast is simple but good! The staff was very helpful, nice and I really liked it here. Unfortunately we had to change our plans because I got sick. The owner of the hotel was very understanding and cooperative. She offered me to make soup, how sweet is this! I highly recommend this little, personalised hotel in HCMC. Thank you very much the Piano Team for everything.

Good position of the hotel in the centre. Very good breakfast. Receptionist very helpful and efficient.
