We were not informed that our room would be cleaned even though no one was inside and our belongings were inside. This happened when we were on a trip.

The room wasn’t clean when I received the first day, I complained then about blanket because it was dirty with hairs and dusty (Very old mattress)Shower hose wasn’t working properly because was broken. They had to prepare the bed for the first night.The second day they moved me to another room however the third day when I back around at 10pm from visiting tourist places the room wasn’t cleaned, and it was in the same condition when I leave in the room in the morning. they said the housekeeper wasn’t there at this time to clean the room. They sorry to forgot to clean my room. So I have to sleep in a dirty bed because this.

they didnt have a twin room which we paid for so upgraded us for free , he was very helpful and also helped us book a taxi for 4am to get a sleeper bus

The room itself was okay. But the air conditioner was making sound and its quite worrying. The staff very friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable. All the facilities was ????

The hotel staff were very friendly and very caring. They brought an extra fan and an extra chair to my room to make me comfortable. The room was quiet and pleasant to sleep.

Manager on reception Phen s the best example of perfect hospitality! He s making real service of 5 start hotel in this place! Every small problem/issue of guest in new counrty he s sorting out. I came when my son was in wheelchair, Phen every day was carrying this wheelchair on the steps. Even when he saw that we can not cross the road because of trafic, he was ran to us to help. He might not have done it, but he did it every day!!! He s person who makes this hotel really SPECIAL! If in the world be more people like this manager, world ll become perfect, like Centara hotel!

The only good aspect is the location of this property.

We had the most terrible stay at this hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and couldn’t speak English at all. The room was full of mold, therefore having a horrible smell. Although you can’t expect too much for the money you pay for one night, we have gotten a lot cleaner and better rooms for the same price per night. We would highly disrecommend this hotel.

I love the location because we saved a lot of money for fare because every place is walkable. The rooms are definitely wide and comfortable to stay on so it is still okay and a value for money if you only want to sleep.

The comfort room of the rooms does not have a functioning exhaust fan which definitely is a thumbs down for us. The linens were only at the hallway and some things were piled up also there.

Not very clean. Lots of water damage on the ceiling, lots of random things on the balcony. Was a cockroach in the room

The location is superb, right in the middle between Benh Thanh market and Pham Ngu Lao, with a lot of nice cheap eating places all around, from as early as 6am till late night. The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and reacted to all requests immediately. The internet was good.

After reading multiple negative reviews I booked this hotel cautiously, only because I needed this particular location. I don't know what kind of expectations people who wrote negative reviews had but I have a feeling that we stayed in 2 different hotels. My experience was excellent. The staff spoke sufficient English: they understood all my requests, we had a short chat - I don't understand other people's negative comments about misunderstanding or staff being unwilling to assist. Bedlinen was clean, the hotel was clean. Surely, their furniture saw better days, that's why I marked the hotel down. The mess in the lobby spoils the view: all these broken lamps, packages of bottles etc, pots with junk on the steps of the stairwell - all this should be cleaned. On the other hand, I had an impression that there is renovation going on on the 3d floor, so maybe all these mess is a part of big clean up. I hope so.

Air con worked well apart from the remote,so I had to leave on and get under the covers,,,, pointless trying to explain remote no good,,,hot shower with showe glass cubicle,,, WiFi decent on 6th floor, with lift

Most staff spoke no English so asking to stay 1hour extra before my bus was confirmed, then on the day 12 noon check out or pay more,,,, frustrating but I just went to a restaurant to kill the extra 45 minutes,,,but unnecessary
