location was great place is right in middle good place to land and get yourself set to move out.

but would not recommend u stay long term as club right across the street if you are light sleeper

Clean Room

The Hotel is right next to two nightclubs which play very loud music until late into the night. I couldn't sleep until 2.30a.m. when the music finally stopped. This was on a thursday.

near Ben Thanh,just by walking distance. easy to find Halal food here,easy access to bus/grab/metro. less motobike on the road made us easy to across the road. massage service at the hotel was good. and its cheapest and clean.

opposite to clubbing, kinda noisy until around 2AM eventhough my room was behind the main building.

Location was great very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent, Only issue was that the A/C was not cold at all in our room and it got very hot. Housekeeping was good. Lots of food around and shopping too.

A/C was not working well. However we were only there for 3/4 days and only needed it at night. However got very hot at night.

Good location, right next to the market and 10 minute walk to the street food market and saigon centre.

I found the staff in the spa unfriendly and quite rude, really rushed my massage, and then strongly pushed for a tip and continually asking if I wanted my change back as she obviously wanted to keep it ontop of a tip.

The hotel is great, very clean. Close to shopping places. The receptionist is very nice, friendly, helpful and always smiling.

The noises are loud in the cafes near the hotel during the night

Water pump in the wall that pulsed on and off all night long and kept Yu awake,and also very hard mattress

As report : crock without immediate service. Refund accepted with 1 night stay and 1 night penalty for leaving before end of contract but 2 nights stay charged even checking out at 10:00am on the 2nd day (4 /26) of the contract mar25 to april 2!

Nice location. Comfortable bed. Ery good breakfast.

AC was inadequate. Very noisy. Suspect a water pump running throughout the day and night. Wifi very inconsistent.

Located right across from a night club!! Even my room was in the back of the building, thumping noise didn’t stop until 2am! Very basic and small room with a good sized bathroom, very basic breakfast. I had the laundry service there and so far it’s the most expensive in Vietnam for me $100k per kilo.

The hotel is in a good location, although there is a nightclub in front and every night you can listen to music until all hours of the night., it is very annoying

The room is comfortable, but it has windows that are not safe for mosquitoes, a lot of noise from the club at night and noise from construction in other buildings, impossible to sleep, also our room said garden view and this is not the case, we only had a wall of view . The breakfast is a disappointment, it is not a buffet or a la carte at all! The first morning we went to breakfast early and there was only fried egg, not good looking, lettuce, noodles and a plate of melon! We decided to talk to the reception saying that we were not going to have breakfast every day at the hotel, if we could get the money back, the receptionist in an unfriendly tone told us no and she did not solve the problem, so every day we went to a bar nearby for breakfast.

The location and price are really the only good things about this hotel.

Surly staff, poor levels of cleanliness, balcony light can only be switched off by reception staff (unable to control yourself and bright light will shine directly in the room) phone didn't work even for calling reception, roon did not lock automatically when leaving the room, poot breakfast quality.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room is spacious and the spa bathtub is nice.I requested for a late check out the staff was helpful and gave us a late check out.The check in time is 2pm but They were considerate by letting us checked in a bit early because we were having a baby with us.

the quantity of the breakfast served was few. the breakfast time is from 7am -9.30am. we were there at 7.30 and most of it was leftover. They only refilled the eggs and sausages but the fried rice and noodles were not refilled for those who were late. there are construction works going on the above floor during our stay and it was noisy especially if you have a baby with you.

Good location, could walk to everything we wanted to see/do in district 1. Spacious room.

There was a gentle hum from the nightclub opposite in the night but didn't bother us too much. Also had ants in the bathroom.

Reception staff were the best
