I recently stayed at A&A Toronto and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which was a top priority for me. My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained.In terms of value, it exceeded my expectations. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of accommodations and service provided. I felt like I received excellent value for my money.I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel in a great location.There are Super marts, cafe and eating joints around the place.

Front desk man Edison was extremely helpful and lovely. The other staff are amazing too. We got the room on level 5. Very good hot water with strong water pressure and clean bathroom. Breakfast is a noodle soup dish which varies everyday (mainly made of beef or pork), bread, cereal (corn flakes and choco pops), fried eggs, congee, fried noodles or rice, tea and coffee and orange juice. aircon wasn't cool enough on our first night but Edison was so lovely he performed a magic trick to get it work. The location was excellent. I love the elderly waiting staff lady who served us breakfast. She's so sweet. Other ladies are great too. I'll be coming back to stay again.

Walking distance to market, temple and some attractions around HCMC. Breakfast with limited choices but was fine since I was exploring foods around city.

I stayed with my mum and relatives and we got 2 rooms for 6 nights. The best thing was the location because it's extremely close to Ben Thanh area and everything you ever want to see in CBD. And of course, we appreciate the most lovely and helpful reception staff named Edison. I'll never forget his cheerful and very obliging nature. The other staff were so lovely too. The air con in our room didn't cool properly on the first night but Edison kindly performed a magic trick to keep the room cool and we're very grateful for that. Breakfast is basic and mainly pork based dishes which I can't eat but it's better than nothing. We were able to store our luggage when we went to other cities. Thank you very much Edison and team for being so lovely. We're coming back again!!!

Really friendly and efficient staff, great value for money, and the hotel was centrally located to everything.

Our initial room was upgraded to a family room with balcony. Theres a bath tub inside. I like the huge toilet/bathroom. the room looks old, but it was comfortable enough for us as we are mostly will be out exploring the city. I read few reviews mentioning the elevator being slow, yes ti was indeed very slow. But as long as it still can serve its purpose, we were fine with it. Staffs can communicate well in English. The hotel located near Ben Thanh Market and the Malaysian street so it was easy to find Halal food.

All the towels need to be replaced with new ones. They are thin and old , very very old.Shower heads holders need to be secured in place.Those things don't cost much but they give guests a better experience.

The hotel have stairs in entrance and they have man to help for the suitcases but he don't care about his job, he sit in chair and see us to try to take the suitcase inside hotel but he don't move for chair, i completed in reception and say have many jobs to do,when we say he sit in chair and speaking helooking us for we try to take the suitcase in reception but he don't move for his chair , so the reception say i am sorry about that..Breakfast the some...poor poor...breakfast every day

It is near Ben Thanh Market and walkable to most places in the city. It is slightly away from the main road so it is quieter. The night that Vietnam beat Thailand in football, there was continuous honking in the night along the main road. Thankfully we were slightly away.Staff is helpful in carrying our luggage on arrival and departure. They were friendly.

There is only 1 lift and breakfast is on level 8 but the lift stops only at level 7. Bottled water and snacks are left on the table and fridge but there was no indication whether they are free or not. I drank some water from a bottle in the fridge and was charged 1000vnd upon checkout. Although we were upgraded to a room with 2 big beds, we realised that there was less space for our luggage. We should have stuck with 1 double and 1 single.Very dim yellow lighting in the room.

It is centrally located. We found eateries and many attractions in walking distance around it.

Breakfast can be improved for vegetarians! We had a neighbor with three kids who were making noise all nights! They slammed the door, and running in the corridor. I’d expect hotel’s interventions!

Breakfast is simple, yet Vietnamese cuisine offers delicious options.Staff was very kind in storing our luggage for a few hours when we were waiting to go to the airport.

There is only a single elevator, but we have not wait too much for it.

Location was good.Breakfast was included but this was average.

Room was dirty and we didn't use the shower because of this. All surfaces needed a good clean.We were only booked for one night, if it was more we would have looked for alternative accommodation.

The price is of good value based on its location at the center of the city.

Breakfast was great. The lady who makes it every morning is super sweet grandma.

They approved early check in request and when we arrived they said they had no rooms that day and was fully booked and had to send me to another hotel at midnight for me and my sleeping 2 year old. Tv was broken. Room was small.

The location of this hotel was about the only thing to like.

Dirty, bathroom flooded, filthy breakfast facilities, selection on breakfast menu was appalling. Cold coffee and dish water pho. Noisy hotel. No English speaking staff made communication very difficult. Photos look nothing like what you see.
