Staff friendly

Two nights in a row I think going to the weekend that the floor above us was conference room they were dragging the tables and chairs moving around and that was 10 in the evening.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location is central, breakfast has a wide spread

Had bathtub to climb over for shower after I requested a normal shower when I booked room .. Noise from Bui Vien street loud thumping music

Only the soundproof is a little bit weak.

The room with three beds was spacious as well as the bathroom. Place was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Food was good lots of choices. Place was near everything.

One of the bed made squeaking noise when you change position. It wakes other people. That's all, otherwise it was a great stay.

It was in the heart of Ho Chi Minh District 1. Lots of walkable areas for shopping and food. The room was ample, clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly accommodating specially the bell hops. Breakfast was good but menu was the same for the two consecutive breakfasts we had but nevertheless we had options. we will definitely come back and stay here.

Nothing that stands out but I’d rather have a standing shower than a bathtub but it wasn’t a big deal for me

We were offered early check in and late check out during the stay - as genius booking members but non of the options were available. Gym was open only for few hrs and it wasn’t a gym but just a room with dumbbells and treadmill. Staff doesn’t really speak English and was giving confusing informations.

The location of the hotel is in the city center so it is very convenient. There is also a convenience store nearby and lots of restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner is very delicious. Lastly, there is a TPBank in the hotel which makes withdrawing money very convenient.

The hotel was at a very good location near lots of restaurants, markets, and super easy to find.The staff were so friendly, they always tried to help with any queries we had and made our stay feel so at home.The facility was extremely clean and beautiful, we especially loved the breakfast buffet. The food was amazing!

Breakfast is leaning towards woeful, abandoned my breakfast on the first morning and never returned. Saigon don't sleep so park facing room will be a little noisy, so just be aware, this is not the hotel though - it's the city

Excellent staff within every part of the business Van Tram and the other gentlemen on door very welcoming Reception wonderful all the staff were friendly and helpful. Would return there.

Nothing not to like

Location was perfect. Walking distance ( this is relative as 1 km I still consider walking distance ) to Ben Thanh market, Saigon Square ( I recommend shopping in Saigon Square over Ben Thanh as it is air conditioned and the shops offer better prices ) and the Church if you are Catholic. A lot of restaurants also around the area.Breakfast was good. Had the Pho every morning as it was really good. Bfast was also varied as it had western and Vietnamese dishes. Lobby staff services was excellent. Reception staff always helpful on any help you may need. Special mention to Mr Tam who assists guests at the lobby area. Mr Tam even helped us cross the street as you may know how scary it can be to cross with too many scooters in the streets.
