Staff doesn’t help enough when you forgot your stuff and come back and ask for help they just response like they don’t know and dont care, when i contact them again they not response back at all just leave it like that with me and my mom no clue how to ask for more help

Lovely beds. Very good bell boys and .Some TV news channels on TV in English. Excellent take away breakfast bag for early departure flight, 2 types of bread/butter, fruit, yogurt

Very limited choices breakfast.... Seating not as shown on websites for breakfast; all tables joined together as six seater tables, front portion no lighting and not available at 0630/0700 Safe deposit boxes old fashioned with hidden internal reset button on inside; instruction sheet hidden under other material on top of box. Fridge not connected to power on arrival

Mattress uncomfortable, too hard. Window with light shinning in at night.

Shower had hot water almost instantly, not always a guarantee in this area. Also nice big TV with good quality picture. Bed was fine.

No complaints really. There was a city view but the window to see it was a little small.

1. I paid for a better room with a bath but the bath was leaking and I could not use it.2. Hot water was also not hot enough.

Location wise is perfect. Staff service was reasonable and friendly enough. Quality for money...only just this stay as it was a quick crash before moving on to my next destination.

Stayed here on several occasions in the past. However, it is now quite run down with water pressure and shower hose just getting by. Wifi wasn't even working for 4 nights of my stay.

Location location location - opposite the back entrance to Ben Thanh market.

More worn than it looks in the pics. Basic breakfast buffet. Fridge didn’t work but can overlook if location is important.

The location and the room is good and comfortable

The aircon is noisy needs be fixed

We stayed for 1 night and opted for the cheaper room with no window. However we are very glad we did this as we then had no noise from the roads as they could be quite loud with beeping horns.The staff were friendly and welcoming and the location was great. Right near the market, plenty of restaurants and bars close by and if you want to walk into the centre it is easily doable.

They got Pho 2000 at ground floor. Should try it for breakfast. Ben thanh market was around the corner

Low quality television. Not Netflix. No shower

The location only few minutes by walk to Ben thanh market and Malaysian street which many halal restaurants in Malaysian street. Good location.

The AC didn't work properly, maybe it needed to be cleaned and added more freon

I stayed at Level 7 and a bit disappointing as the water pressure at the bathroom is low

Location is great, only few step to the famous market.

the room is small and old.

Clean and they gave extra pillows when we asked for it. Room had some natural light coming in from the window.

Bathroom’s shower stall door was jammed so we were not able to close it when we shower.Water pressure was poor and drainage was slow.Receptionist tried to scam me of my change when I paid in cash for the room. She said she didn’t have the 7000VND change and promptly went on with her work without offering any other forms of compensation.
