Sanouva Saigon Hotel

Hotel is wonderful. Amazing value for money. Fantastic front desk staff who allowed us early check in. Our room was incredibly spacious and the bed was 5* comfortable. They have a scrumptious breakfast with fresh native fruits. I don¿t know where to start

Location is convenient, great hospitality, good room, clean, spacious, and great breakfast. Staff is willing to do anything to make sure you are happy with their service. Would stay here again in the future. We stayed here on three separate occasions.

Location, close to market, restaurants, had an excellent tasting restaurant inside where we had ordered our meals and they were wonderful.

Good sized room with a very comfortable bed. Really powerful shower too. Good choice of Asian & western breakfast options. Although it’s located in a busy area, the room was quiet at night.

Very nice rooms. Lighting in the rooms was superb. Room size is good. Location wise very good. Staff is cooperative and welcoming. Awesome breakfast. Good wifi connection. Overall a comfortable stay. As we had to checkout early in the morning (6.30 am) they also provided us with some package breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Chen and Son were amazing supports at the front desk in helping us solve a problem with our luggage. We thought the location was perfect for our trip. We would definitively stay here again!

The gym facilities could be improved.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Sanouva Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The warm welcome and attentive staff made me feel right at home. My room was comfortable and cleaned impeccably. The hotel's location allowed easy access to local attractions, enhancing my city exploration. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals that started my days off perfectly.I highly recommend Sanouva Saigon Hotel and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is very nice in a great location. Breakfast is also quite good. The Staff on reception is very kind.

The lack of window combined with the wet season increases significantly the humidity in the room with clothes staying wet.

We loved our stay at Sanouva Hotel. All the staff is extremely kind, we were pleasantly surprised. Even the security guard was always welcoming us with a smile each time we came back to the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, we enjoyed the traditional style furniture and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience, good value for money and we will definitely come back again next time we visit Saigon.

The only thing that might need improvement is the breakfast, some of the soups were not great but we could definitely find something to eat.

The location was great since it was right by the market, and it was perfect for tour pick up since most tours only offer free pick up in District 1. The staff was nice and helpful too.

The hotel facility wasn’t quite as nice as other 3 star hotels we stayed at in North and central Vietnam. The rooms were small with no view—one room has windows that were blocked by a brick wall and the other opened up to an alleyway. That said, it was still quite clean and comfortable. I was bothered by the smoke smell in the stairwell and in some of the hallways. The front desk did stop one of the smokers when I called to complain, but I think they need to be better about enforcing their no smoking policy.

Very clean hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of food. The location is close to all the main spots in the city center. Comfortable bed, hot water, and good water pressure.I’ve stayed in multiple hotels in HCMC, but this was the best experience so far. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance!

The only downside was the very slow WiFi (around 2–7 Mbps)

very good communication with hotel staff prior arrival ( booking, transport, check in time etc.. ). Very fast check-in and check-out ...Staff was very polite and supportive.. Excellent location in the middle of D1. Room very clean, Very tasty breakfast. Many shops & restaurants close by. Main Tourist attractions close by ( walking distance ). Highly recommended

The friendly staff went above and beyond, giving great direction and advice for Saigon. Even calling me on my way to the airport to advise me of a terminal change of my flight, fantastic service.Breakfast had a good amount of choice in daily rotation of hot items. Once again everyone working was very friendly and helpful.
