Location was great and rooms were clean and tidy. Had asked for non-smoking room but the first room smelled really bad of smoke and hotel was quick to provide a replacement room which had no issues.

Nice location with restaurants in the area, and a small convienient store too. Good breakfast buffet too
I did not the breakfast at the hotel. Because it is non halal. It could be better if the hotel can provide halal food

Mosquitos in rooms eating me alive. Although I never opened window.
Good location, many restaurants and shops nearby
No view from my window
I asked for a quiet room and was not disappointed. It was on 7th floor and at the back of the hotel. Staff were attentive.
Good variety of food for breakfast. Hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the river, opera house and the cathedral. It is surrounded by many restaurants and café.
Good breakfast and excellent location
Our room was close to a building which resembles a place of worship and the continuous broadcasts over their PA system was annoying.
Great location, comfortable, clean room
It was very noisy on our side of the building. we were in an odd numbered room, next time we’ll ask for an even numbered room on a high floor
