The room is big and comfort.

The worker can speak english properly

breakfast choices were very nice, and fun to mix up. I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the ability to try out different combos for breakfast. I pour chicken curry over a little bowl of plain porridge, then add pepper.

It was very clean, staff are good and the location is central to pretty much all attractions.

Location is convinient

Rooms were extremely small. The staffs showed least concern towards the guests.During checkin or checkout, no one was there to help with the luggage.Also, my child fell off in the hotel lobby and started bleeding from his nose.Its sad no one proactively came to help us or check on the child .It was us who requested for ice and then we received it

The service in here is incredible and I want thank to Gemma. She herself assist me a lot and being my close friend. From a lovely letter for welcoming to a full-dished of fruits for chilling taste. All of those make us feel like real friends at best. Do not hesitate to make a decision to stay here with Cochin Sang. It would be a valued one.

Location is good.Breakfast is poorly assorted but has hot coffee and good freshly made omelettes.

No water pressure on showers, no towel racks, no blackout curtains in a city that the sun comes out at 5.30 AM.Only one elevator for both guests and staff is crazy. Staff wanted us to leave the elevator while taking out the trash of the 9th floor at 11 AM... it must be tough working like that, but you are working in the service industry and we payed to stay at the hotel and we have to do stuff like leaving on time for tours (that's the whole point of paying a stay here anyway).Inaccurate photos on Booking.

Henry and Jay were very kind and helpful during our full stay, we traveled 2 times to Ho Chi Minh and each 2 time picked this hotel

Small pool and Sauna

-location is good-room is comfortable-the housekeeping lady went extra mile-the pool and jacuzzi though small are cozy-overall it is not a bad stay

-the check-in lady is a bit indifferent, and entertained customers that came after me first (I am not sure if they were already in the queue before me, but this was not communited to me and I was simply asked to "wait for my turn")-breakfast can do with more variety

Loved the location. Loved the bed. It was clean. Breakfast was delicious, and lots of options. Hotel staff were wonderful. Monica and Gemma the receptionist were awesome. Jay&Diamond door guys who help with the luggage were wonderful too.

hallways are dark. pool is small. No place to sit to eat in common areas.

Very good location. Facility was fairly nice and the room was okay and clean.

There were lots of issues during our stay. First off, we had a horrible check-in experience. The front desk guy was rude and treated us as we were people who could not afford the place. He tried to up charge us and was not very good at explaining why. We had 2 rooms and young kids but he was not understanding that we did not want the kids in their own room. I ended paying a lot more.Secondly, we booked that hotel for the amenities like the pool and sauna. However, none of them was working. Pool was tiny and didn't have any water. The workers could not get the sauna to work. I complained but they didn't understand but eventually gave lunch vouchers, which was nice. But does not make up for it.I would not recommend the place.

Location was central

The refrigerator barely worked when on, but worse when you took your room key with you the refrigerator turned off. Complained at reception and they lied to me and said that yes when you took your room key the little light that comes on when you open the refrigerator will no longer work but the refrigerator is. On the second morning I changed $A to dong and paid for our 4 day stay. Receptionist took my money ($10m Dong) and said thank you and just smiled. I politely asked if I could have a receipt, no need she replied. I said you took my passport for security until I paid the bill because you did not trust me, please can i have a receipt. No need its all good she replied. No please I have to insist, with a sigh and shrug of her shoulders "oh all right"

Lovely rooftop bar and pool area, excellent breakfast room and selection of breakfast food. Lovely room. Good location.

would be good if you could pay by card or put drinks on room bill at the roof bar rather than cash only.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The rooftop pool was an added bonus to use after a long day exploring. Brilliant location and just a short walk away from all the attractions. Breakfast was basic but we enjoyed it, the hotel wasn’t very busy so assuming they didn’t want to put lots of food out for it to be wasted which is understandable.

We didn’t want to have a room without a window for our stay so we had to pay quite a bit extra so that’s the only reason the score on value for money was lower.

Staff a little unhelpful. We asked if there was a nearby laundry service, which there was, and because we didn't want to use their in-house service they said no there wasn't.Also on the upper floors you get the noise from the restaurant, which means chairs scraping across the floor from 6.30 am until 10.

This place is a little bit of 'posh' on a busy street ?. I booked their best room and it was huge and not badly priced. The only thing I was worried about was It being on the first floor over a busy street BUT the sound is pretty well muffled out and I had a good sleep. The location meant that everywhere you would want to go (Palace / Reminants museum etc) was in walking distance. The room also included a floating breakfast for 1 morning and this was a very nice breakfast (you can see floating breakfast in their pics - it's exactly as shown). The roof top pool and 'jacuzzi' is excellent and I spent my first night up there getting drunk (beer is not the cheapest tho but the bar is fairly close ?). Staff are welcoming and polite. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Oh yeah, room was clean and bed was huge and comfy. I had a bath in my room, a good strong shower and a very modern toilet that did absolutely everything for you including cleaning and drying ??. The general breakfast (buffet) is a good breakfast with plenty of choice. What more can I say, good little hotel.

The pool is not clean and only hot water. Also breakfast is mediocre.

Location is excellent. Most of the staff were helpful, polite and very friendly. I have already booked to stay again on my return to Ho Chi Minh City.

The breakfast staff were not as good as the reception and bar staff, but overall a good hotel.
