Location and staff were fantastic.

The entrance flooring was still being renovated which made dragging luggage a bit hard.

The hotel was amazing it was in a great location and the staff where so friendly and helpful. The aircon was always on in the foyer which was a Lovley relief returning from sightseeing and shopping

It was central and the hotel staff were exceptional. The staff were very helpful and arranged a number of great tours and arranged our bus service. It was great!!

In central Ho Chi Minh everything you would want to visit is in walking distance, such as street food market, Ben tan market, Saigon centre, cafe apartments are 15 min walk.

Staff.Breakfast.Price.

Bathroom shower thermostat needs attending to. Hard to control. Flow of water through shower poor.

Very good breakfast, well appointed room. Excellent location, within walking distance of many attractions.

Location was ideal. Family room was very spacious.

Breakfast could have some better Vegetarian options

The location is superb, being within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The room is spacious and clean, and the variety of food choices in the included breakfast is adequate. The most outstanding aspect of the property, however, is its staff. They anticipate the guest’s needs and serve with a consistent smile.

A minor issue I had with our room is that there’s a portion of the bed where the springs noticeably squeak, so it may disturb light sleepers. Also, I think the shower curtain should already be replaced as it seems that mold might be starting to grow.

Very close to main tourist attractions. About 5-20 minute walk to most places. Staff were very helpful.

There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom at times.

The location was amazing! 2 minute walking to Ben Than Market and it was walking distance to all the important sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh

Room is clean. Staffs are friendly. The place is comfortable for visitors.

Breakfast is acceptable. I would love more if they set up more types of vegetables and fruits ???

Good location, clean rooms, good breakfast

Only one elevator in the building.

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance to Ben Than Market, Saigon square/centre & the Ho Chi Minh statue. Lots of things to see & do around the area.
