Somerset Ho Chi Minh City

really liked that all of the travelers could stay in the same room, and also enjoyed two bathrooms and the kitchen.

could have used more English translations: we had difficulty with the tv remote and didn't understand the washing machine.

Staff was very professional, helpful and accomodating

Breakfast selection was small but fantastic! I have picky eaters and they loved the breakfast buffet. The mini pancakes and fresh fruit were a hit.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 5, with a kitchen that allowed us to prepare food if we wanted to stay in.

We were on the ground floor, by the pool and restaurant, and it was noisy. The location was fine, but we felt a little far away from the places of interest and restaurants we wanted to visit.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Super attentive staff, very friendly and helpful.

For Saigon this venue was rather expensive, and you have to catch a Grab to all the main things to see in district 1

The apartment was spacious, clean, and fit for purpose for our family. The rooms are large and comfortable - we had one room with a double bed, and other with two single beds. There was enough closet space. On our request, the staff added the crib and baby chair, which was quite helpful. The playground is big and enough to keep the kids happy. Location is fairly close to CBD, and the hotel provides a shuttle to that area (though we did not use it). Post check-out we spent couple of hours in the hotel lounge room, and it was comfortable as well. There is a convenience store within the premises as well.

Breakfast is functional and could be better. Since we have a toddler, we decided to had at the hotel, however, you can choose to go to brunch and coffee places, which are nearby. We typically ordered food from outside (Grab food is easily available and the hotel staff delivers to your room).

Comfortable and silent appartement! All staffs are helpful and friendly. Our children enjoy swimming pool. The location is convenient for us. Next time back to Ho Chi Minh City, we will book to stay here again.

I liked the location of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I can't think of much that I didn't like. Just the price was a little expensive, but that's probably because I booked it on short notice ( within 4 days)

Very well equipped, with a gym, swimming pool, supermarket and restaurant.

Apparently even though submitted the ages of the kids on beforehand, we had to pay extra for a bed for our daughter as she was over 6

We did not eat at the restaurant so I can’t comment there. Rooms were orderly and clean. Daily room service was courteous and extremely helpful.

Can’t say much here as we enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful/attentive staff. Hotel was clean and orderly.

In some rooms the Wifi was just ok.

It was very clean. I like that they are going toward being more green.

Items in the kitchen was very limited. The toaster was broken. We didn’t use it until the day before we check out so we didn’t bother calling the front desk.

The cleanliness of the room is top notch. AC and wifi worked super well. It was a very pleasant stay! My room somehow got upgraded (was it a birthday treat? haha) so staying alone in that spacious room felt super homey. Staff were very helpful. If you order foods online, they will help to send it straight to your room. Amazing service.Short distance to city's main attractions as well! It also got a convenience store inside the area / across the venue.

Nothing, really. If I had to be nitpicky, then perhaps kindly maintain the food heat on breakfast (some foods are already a bit cold to eat). Still tastes pretty great, though.

Great location, great room, good service, pool facilities, ok price.

breakfast and the dine in room food could be better + some more kids facilities.

The recently refurbished 2BR was nicely done. Bright and airy and well decorated. Definitely worth the price.

Wifi was sporadic. Took a day and multiple calls before the tech fixed the issue. After that, it was very fast and reliable.

The rooms were huge. Pool was good. Having it in the shade in the afternoon was a blessing to reduce the heat for the kids

Everything is good, excepted the Hotel Restaurant food.

Anything as my expectation, but one thing the Breakfast is very poor as 5 star hotel rated, if it be reformed and restructure the dining room, foods and the staffs more friendly, because some very rude.

Central location - would have been easy to get around if not for the Liberation Day prep two weekends beforehand…resulted in the roads being closed. The hotel and property itself was nicely maintained and all staff were wonderful and friendly. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and the complimentary water and instant ramen! The front desk and reception staff is truly do accommodating and made our stay comfortable.

The restaurant and breakfast options could be way better

Really spacious rooms. Well equiped. Very cleanExcellent pool. Good gym facilities. Overall excellent accommodation that exceeded our expectations. Really good value for money

After a fantastic stay in Vietnam it was a great space to relax and enjoy the facilities before heading back home to Australia. Having spent all our time in hotel rooms (small) it was great to spread out before our flight home.
