AC was really working properly

The staff were very helpful and the location was good.

Noisy but that is to be expected.

Great breakfast. Close to night life

Breakfast is quite standard. but the arrangement of the seats are totally not organised. it is like a free seating. we have a group of 5 but we cant sit together coz many of the combined seats are taken up by one person only.

the shampoo and bath are so limited.. not enough for one to use , cant imagine if there is two person staying in the room .

The location

The floor is dirty, the housekeeper doesn't even sweep or vacuum the floor. Upon checking in and going inside the room, I checked under the bed it was already dirty.

An excellent location with great service and breakfast. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to Bên Thành Market, September 23rd Park, the new Metro Line 1 and excellent markets and restaurants.

I read that the breakfast was not OK but I disagree. Good variety of local and intercontinental choices. The location unbeatable. The balcony room with great view.

It is old and not so clean but with that price I could say excellent.

This hotel is central to everything in District 1. Our room was lovely quite modern, clean. Staff fantastic very accommodating. Breakfast is a Buffett there is a large selection of food including Pho. There is a restaurant/Coffee shop in the reception area. We had room 509 great view of the street and park area. Would highly recommend this hotel and I will be booking my stay again here for next year.

Our fridge didn’t work which honestly did not affect our stay.

The most comfortable bed I have slept in Thailand and Vietnam

All the people smoking outside. It was a real turn off The smell of cigarette smoke often came in through the bathroom ventilation system etc and could be smelled in the room

The location was nice and the staff was cooperative and kind.

The room size was very small. It looks a bit spacious in pictures but in reality it's very small.Additionally, they don't clean the balcony.

Great location, very close to the Bui Vien street but not on it so noise is minimum. Decent breakfast spread. Rooms have balconies and some face a nice park in the front. Overall good value.

Lookout for good rooms. At first we were put in a corner room which was so tiny that there was hardly any space to walk around the bed (and an open but dirty balcony). They changed upon request. Breakfast area can get busy soon.

The hotel is old and needs renovation works.

Never book a taxi/shuttle service via the hotel, cuz they'll overcharge you 5× the normal price (literally).

The location

Very run down, everything is old, outdated, and broken in some capacity.. Nothing that meant we couldn't shower or use the bathroom.Green around the bottom of the shower glass. I'd say it's more of a 1star.The room smelt so bad I asked to be moved.

The staff and location were very good. It was on the main street and very close to Bui Vien.

The rooms really need renovation. They are very old and not in a good condition. We stayed much more better hotels in Vietnam for a less price.

Except location, nothing is good about this property. Its front of the park, all eateries street r nearby. Even indian restaurants are nearby.

Lobby n buffet place is same which is very small given the size of hotel so there was no place to sit for morning breakfast. There were no plates during brkfast. Worst was receptionist Ms. Ninh extremely rude n racist. Rooms are small.
