Happy Life Green Hotel

Location is convenient and calling a ride is easy, but I think I would stay elsewhere next time. The lobby looks a lot nicer than the rooms. Bed was comfortable.

The power went out the first night, the hotel staff was notified but it didn't seem like it was made a priority to fix. The daytime staff were not made aware and we had to notify them again. The power outage caused the refrigerator/freezer to defrost and the thawed ice leaked all over the floor and seeped into the luggage. Our bathroom was probably my least favorite thing about the stay. The shower glass is not sealed at the bottom and the floor is improperly sloped; this resulted in all the shower water not going into the shower drain, but rather below the glass and toward the drain by the toilet. This means the entire bathroom floor is wet all the time, we used up a lot of our towels in order to walk around and not slip. You can tell this was an ongoing issue because the trash can is rusted at the bottom where it makes constant contact with the shower water across the floor. The transitional piece between the bathroom floor and bedroom floor was a tripping hazard.

The wifi kept cutting out. The elevator is slow and gets very crowded.

There was nothing to like, I moved out of the hotel next day because it was very very very old motel and nothing would work and I did not get the rest of my money back

This was not a hotel it was a very very old motel that nothing would work in the room and the stuff would not come to fix it. I moved out the next day and neither the hotel did refund me more Booking.com help me to get back my refund. Do not book this hotel nor book through Booking.Com

Clean rooms, friendly reception, good breakfast and location is near to restaurant/shops

Place is affordable and clean, hotel is also accepting currency exchange and the staff are super helpful especially "Nam" he is assisted us in finding my colleague earring.Nam is approachable and friendly.

Great choice when staying in HCMC. About 15-20 min walk from everything. Not too busy. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room. Tasty breakfast buffet with many options but it closes quite early (9:30 am).

The hotel was well located close to all the major shopping attractions. The famous Ben Thanh Market is like 15 mins walking. The hotel has good breakfast and they also have a very amazing All veg restaurant. The rooms are very clean and staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall a value for money hotel.

The location was good. Breakfast was also decent.

The bathroom. They have a pipe issue where you can smell the the back flow of the water from the toilet. Description of the booking said room had fulton, but it did not. They were about to charge me for an extra bed, but honored a free bed due to the description listed on the booking. This felt like a 2 star hotel instead.
