Very noisy in the weekend because activities in walking street. Loud speakers blast to our room until 10pm.

Very friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was amazing. Building was a bit dated but gives it characterRooms are very huge, could actually use some cabinets or benches to put down suitcases

Liked everything, excellent property, great service, perfect buffet breakfast was included in the room rate (very reasonable nightly rates in general), the front office manager (My) was extremely helpful in moving the rooms during the stay (asked her for a higher floor to get a better view!).

Walking distance to most attractions. Spacious room. A variety of choices for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Maybe have umbrella available for customers

The hotel central location was great. Most of the venues on our list was reached by walking without too much exertion. Being able to swim at hotel, after a walk around the city, was great. Really enjoyed the spaciousness of room 608.Overall, RHS is a fantastic hotel. Central, clean, comfortable and friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at RHS.

The following is really not what we didn't like nor a criticism, just a feedback for consideration/improvement: We really enjoyed breakfast...yummy and varieties of dishes. After having three breakfast, it would be nice to see more varieties between breakfasts.TV didn't work so we didn't have a chance to catch up with current news or watch any movies as it appeared the TV needs to be tuned. The TV should be tuned ready for guests' use.

Excellent hotel that lives up to all expectations! It's located right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, allowing you to walk to key attractions. The open-air 2nd floor pool was a real highlight—a perfect, refreshing escape from the city's heat.But the main advantage is the fantastic breakfast! It's a true gastronomic tour of Vietnam: from hearty pho and banh mi to exquisite local desserts. The quality of ingredients and the variety are truly impressive.The staff is attentive and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. After the trip, I was left with the feeling that I hadn't just stayed at a hotel, but at a place I genuinely want to return to. I recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Vietnam starting from the very first meal of the day!

Good location, cleanliness and nice breakfast

Price higher than the surrounding area.

The staff, to a person, was wonderful. The doormen, the workers at registration, the restaurant employees were very nice and accommodating.

However, the room we reserved wasn't available when we checked in. We didn't mind, but the shower in the room we were given leaked onto the floor badly, and the sheets on one of our beds had crusty brown marks on them, obviously not properly cleaned. When we were moved to our originally-reserved room, which was on the third floor, we were awakened every morning at 6 a.m. by the sounds of restaurant chairs constantly being pulled out and pushed in by breakfast-goers. It was insanely loud. Even louder, however, were the nightly street concerts on Nguyen Hue Street AND Le Loi Boulevard, which on one night didn't end until 11:15 p.m. It sounded like a concert was being performed in the next door room. We got very little sleep during our stay at Royal Hotel Saigon. (The concert noise obviously wasn't the fault of the hotel, but it was part of our experience there and we won't be staying in that part of the city again when we return.)

Service from staff was excellent and breakfast was consistently delicious every morning.

The hallway outside our room was hot and humid, but it was a small factor, I understand they need to conserve where they can. The bathrooms are small and a little dated, but it was clean.

It's a great location for seeing practically everything in HCM.

Rooms were dirty and too close to the smokers from the hotel cafe on the ground floor. It was awful.

Location can't be beat. Comfortable room. Staff great. Felt like luxury hotel. Good breakfast. Great lobby coffee shop. Would definitely choose again.

Gym needed a few more weights. Only disappointment.

I checked in Friday evening. The music from the street was so loud it was impossible to sleep. This Went on until 10pm. The next morning it started again . It was so bad I asked to switch rooms. The staff was great! They gave me another room, shortly after music started on the other street below. If you would like to sleep I would not recommend this hotel.
