Fraudulent listing - the hotel does not exist, it's a commercial laundry facility and a construction site at this address. It appears this address has been used for several fake hotels listings, and as soon as it gets removed they list another hotel at the same location with a different name.

Located in District 1, it is a good location walking distance to Ben than Market, Bui Vien Walking street, and many other places, there are many restaurant and eating locations around and also many places to book tours.

The hotel and facilities are a bit dated, breakfast is very asian orientated. There are many small hotels around this location and some of the other places around are more modern and possibly better value for money. I had a room at the front looking over the park which was very noisy, but to be fair this part of the city is always busy so many places suffer from traffic noise.

The staff were brilliant in the restaurant plus the cleaning staff as you don't get to see them but the room was very clean when coming back to rest.Reception were very helpful with directions The coffee shop was very nice as well

The location is pretty good. It’s on a very busy street but walking distance to many good restaurants and markets.

The shower was terrible. Almost no water came out of the shower head. It’s very noisy with barking dogs and sirens. The building is very old and it seemed expensive for what we got.

Staff is getting rude .year on year . They have started charging for everything. Ironing clothes. They used to provide iron un rooms .Mini bars is empty .Tea coffee .are provided without milk .what's iuse of it .in rooms

A bit far from airport

a good breakfast is what you really need when travelling and this hotel supplies it.............. not to be missed. great location with all amenities close by. good size rooms and comfy beds

I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, which I very much appreciated. An excellent room that was very comfortable and quiet and allowed me a very comfortable short stay (2 nights).

Good price, good bed and good wifi.

Street noise was too high for me but I am sensitive about that

Too noisy and also when I book through booking.com . I did specify that it will be three persons for two room . ( one room for me . my wife and daughter will share another room ). When I reach the hotel .the staff said that I didn't specify my daughter share room with my wife so I have to pay another 900k dong .. anyway this is my first time encountered such issue .. I thought one room supposed to have two persons. Since I have three persons ..so I book two rooms.. anyway I just paid but I feel that booking.com should underscore that each room only can have one person and cannot share room .

Front desk reception staffs were very polite and checking in/out was easy. Room was spacious and clean.

Room had not iron and ironing board I could not iron my shirt, the room corridor was very warm with no aircon. Noise isolation is bad, I could hear loud noise from the neighbourhood till late night. Water pressure from the show was extremely weak.
