The value of the room is worth the price I paid, the hotel has a nice location, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the room is fully equipped.

Located right in the city center, the hotel is near the famous market, just a few minutes walk away. The staff is enthusiastic and the service is very professional even though this is a small hotel.

Small, cheap hotel with full amenities. Don't expect too much but meet the needs of tourists. There is daily housekeeping service and the rooms are very clean. It's worth coming back again because the receptionist is very enthusiastic.

Budget hotel suitable for short-term tourists. Rooms are small but fully equipped and open 24 hours. Although we checked in late at night, the staff was very enthusiastic in supporting us. We will come back here many times.

Staff nice place good area

It was ok for 1 night. A bit cramped and no windows.

Was in walking distance of Markets and The Night Life. Staff were helpful to order Taxi. Balcony was spacious. Large shower cubicle and roomy bathroom.

Even though Lift to room stairs to lobby hand no rail. No English TV. Room is not cleaned in the whole week we were there.

No refrigerator, request room service but no response for 4 days stayed.

There was barely any hot water. We were there for 5 nights and had 1 lukewarm shower in that time.They ask for 5 star reviews before check-in in exchange for a bigger room.

Nicecy is located within walking distance of all amenities (as I think is everything in HCM). Room was decently clean and sufficient for a few days.

The room in general is rather small and perhaps not completely cleaned after the previous guests. There were some stains on the bedsheets which caused us some concern. The bathroom is small and the bathroom floor itself is the shower.

The location is good, as you can easily walk around and find places to eat. Right across the street, there's authentic street pho if you're not picky. There's also a convenience store within walking distance, and you'll find many restaurants within 1-2 km. Lady staff is very nice and friendly.. men are not!

However, when I arrived, no one offered to help me with my luggage, even though they could see I was struggling to carry it up to the reception. I understand this isn’t a 5-star hotel requiring 5-star service, but it would have been considerate, especially for women, to offer assistance. It's quite difficult to carry luggage up the stairs!Additionally, the air conditioning kept turning off every two hours, requiring me to reset it from the main switch, which was very inconvenient. I didn’t get a good night's sleep at all. The bed had something crawling on it, and the pillowcase had a blood stain. It seems the cleaners are not diligent about changing linens and vacuuming the bed.I was supposed to stay for three nights, but I checked out after the second night because I couldn't stay for a third!

Spacious apartment within walking distance to the main tourist area. Really friendly and helpful staff.

upon arrival, the receptionist told us they do not have electricity, we were requested to offer another place to stay instead. They said these are the same group of properties...... we were no choice, but accept the request.

The room was large, almost like a small house, fully furnished with important furniture and carefully preserved, the morning sunlight from outside, the window facing a quiet small street. The staff was very polite and welcomed us very warmly!
