Extremely responsive staff, giving attention to detail.

Breakfast choices are limited, especially for Indian travellers.

I like that the hotel is near the catholic church, near most of the restaurants, near the tourist spots, but not that busy.

It’s near the red light district, there are instances that you can hear the arguments of the nearby residential house.

Toby in reception was first class. Very helpful, very courteous and always smiling. This hotel was wonderful in every way and Toby is the reason.

Great location and clean rooms, lovely staff.

Close to everything and if it wasn't..then a taxi was cheap enough and plentiful.... Bed was really comfy..lovely hot water in the shower..

Bathroom needs to have hooks on the wall for hanging clothes during shower.Breakfast needs more variety,, gets boring after 3 days.New housekeepers need to be more thorough, e.g. removing trash from bathroom, etc ... (former doorman and housekeepers were better)

we are a group of 4 and the room was spacious. room was clean and toiletries were replaced everyday. we liked the location a lot. easy access to everywhere, taka plaza, an underground market, is right in front and the walking street is just at the around the block. unlimited breakfast was also offered and it differs every day.

location was very central, close enough to nightlife but far enough away from the noise.breakfast buffet was great for 3 star

no balcony, staff didn’t have good English but were polite and friendly and tried to help

I like the receptionist, the vallet, the location of the hotel.. The staffs are very accommodating and can speak well English.

Don't look nothing like the pictures what so ever we paid for a room with a view in a way I suppose we did as when we opened the curtains we could see the lift

The room needs some touch up, eg. shower partition was leaking causing the floor is always wet. Missing safety box !

Our favorite thing was the location and very friendly personel. Receptionist Toby is really nice, helpful and kind :) Breakfast was good, bed was also good, the room was really big and had a nice park view.

We had a room with the street view - sound isolation and air in the room wasnt that good. Pillows could be softer.

We were upgraded from family suite to apartment type of room that has 3 beds, a kitchen with utensils. The room is clean and big. We were allowed to leave our luggages after checkout.

Great location and the room was clean with fresh towels every day. One of the best things about this place is definitely the staff. The doorman is a kind man and our receptionist, Toby, is very friendly. Toby goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant and he made us feel comfortable from day one. thanks!

staff were amazing. very friendly and helpful. when I returned from an outing,room was well restocked and tidy.

smell of the bathroom was really bad, spots across the whole room that were noticeably missed during cleaning. ie shower not cleaned well, small visible marks on towels and bedsheets

Breakfast and location are ok. We disappointed with the bathroom. We have booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night. We could not stand the mould in the shower case. We heard a friend said that hotel got quite a high rating so we canceled the previous booking and booked this hotel but we are so disappointed.

More training needed for the staff to clean the bathroom properly.

Location, Staff, Cleanliness.

Room size, it shouldn't be considered small but could've been better.
