    Pros +

    • In a good central area
    • The location was at the end of a cul-de-sac embedded among other apartments and quiet. There are several coffee shops and restaurant near the alley. In the morning there is a cart selling bahn mi’s that hit the spot before starting a day of exploration. The room itself was big size and decent. Bed and pillows were firm and comfortable. Shower was good and hot.
    • Thuy and Que Lam helped to make this a wonderful stay. I can't begin to list all of the wonderful ways they helped me to adjust to a new environment. Whenever I travel to Ho Chi Minh City, I will stay at this hotel, because I know these two wonderful people will be there to help make my stay a very pleasant one.

    Cons -

    • The door to to a balcony was flimsy and didn't close properly. We were supposedly given an upgrade but this was a extra set of bunk beds which were of absolutely no use to us. The room was 3rd floor and no lift . The projector tv didn't work.
    • The kitchen isn’t really usable if you wanted to. Limited pots and pans, and the biggest complaint was there were no coffee cups so had to use a bowl.
    • No elevator

Things to like: it's pretty quiet (hard to find in vn ?), comfortable bed and family room has a nice balcony.Things to dislike : water pressure is very low in the shower and there is a bit of mold on the ceiling, they don't clean that well (my room had spiderwebs all over the ceiling) , a good amount of ants crawling around the ac unit (one was on my ear on the bed), some rooms are on the 4th floor (no elevator for those with luggage something to consider). Yet somehow it's 5 stars on Google ?... Yeah, it's a comfortable place with some fixable issues and a decent location. I don't think there's much value with what the price is currently.

The stay was good - please consider accessibility requirements if you’re a person of reduced mobility. The property does not have an elevator. The staff was extremely helpful. There are v cute cafes around as well - recommend you try them out. The property is not centrally located. You would need a grab to the attractions like Walking Street and the very centre. Short ride. Was quite disappointed with their airport transfer service - the driver and the receptionist blamed it on traffic which I understand - but should this not have been planned for earlier…

The place was very nice and cozy! I appreciated that it was very quiet and still in a great location as well. The bed was more firm than I'm used to, but it's expected here. No complaints, and everything was great. I was greeted by friendly staff to make sure everything was great at check-in!

An excellent service and good communication with the staff. This hotel is perfectly located near the main points of interest. 7Eleven shop is nearby and a few restaurants around you may want to visit. There are 3 coffee shops just around the corner - must visit. They provide a fast WiFi and the room was equipped with a projector which worked surprisingly well - no screen share/mirror link support though. It was great for YouTube. It was a good value for money to stay in this hotel.

Please consider you will have to use steps. If you are a person of reduced mobility or using the steps is not your favourite excercise - you may dislike it. For us, a young couple, it was ok.

Nice apartment, good location, very friendly staff. We would definitely come again!

Some more kitchen equipment would be good.

The Hotel was about 15 mins walk to the central district 1 location. Most tours do not offer pick up from this location even though it is in district 1. Hotel was clean and well presented. However there is limited access from the main road so you have to drag your luggage about 100m to uneven road to get to the hotel. Grab taxi will not drop you till the hotel doorstep. The hotel also has no elevator therefore either you do the heavy lifting or the staff will have to drag your bags up to one of the three floors to get your baggage up and bring it down. We ended sharing the load with the staff when we checked in but when we checked we were doing the lifting by ourselves ( no fault of the staff here as we checked out early). Staff was courteous and well presented. They were eager to help in anyway to make our stay comfortable and also allowed us early checkin as it was low season when we went here.

    Area of town was great.

Room so dirty I had to leave. The manager was very helpful and apologized, but it definitely needs some love! Like actually cleaning the floors and surfaces, and the stairs, and the entire kitchen. Some new paint covering the endless stains on the walls would be a quick uplift too! Photos made it look amazing! It’s mediocre at best, even if it was clean. Again, nice owners.

We only stayed here one night and came there late. The staff was very friendly and we were able to let our bags there and come and pick them up later the next day. The room was nice!

Great apartment. The projector was really nice

The small street on the way to the property is very unclean and not very comfortable.
