- The location is perfect in District 5 if you need to take buses, as District 5 is home to the main bus stations in Saigon. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the bus stations.The room is comfortable, the shower has hot water, and everything is clean.There are restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel.

- the hotel is a disaster, they sell rooms without windows, without hot water, with torn bedding, without a single chair or table, with a mini bar, which is not there, practically without anything that normally should be in such a "suoerior deluxe" room, and then they ask for an extra charge for a better room at an outrageously expensive price.....unfortunate..
- Everything was perfect with the hotel.The only downside is that the hotel is located in an alley, and Google Maps shows the entrance to the hotel from the main road. This is very confusing.It would be ideal if the hotel owners would put up signs outside the alley to indicate the hotel's address.
