Hotel Diego De Almagro Rancagua

The Front Desk man, Dalton, was extremely helpful. The location was good, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was spacious.

The bed is comfortable and the shower has good pressure. The restaurant personnel were very attentive. And the rooms are clean.

Old hotel with very basic amnesties. Basic breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, room was also very good except for the room key, which was awful.

Room keys needed to be reset every day, I never received a good explanation as to why.

No vegan options for milk or spread at breakfast.

Check in was easy. Excellent breakfast. Good basic features and comfortable bed. Midday check out was helpful for our purposes.

As an Australian I like to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room especially for early morning hot drink.

The breakfast was OK. Not extremely extensive, and not great coffee, but sufficient range of things.Large rooms.

Reception only spoke Spanish. Rooms quite old, bathroom worn out, almost no plugs in room. No water or coffee facilities.

Breakfast was small, but okay. Dinner was excellent.

I liked almost everything, excellent service from staff.

The fact that when I went to have dinner, two of my choices were not available and I have to settle for something I was not keen on.

Among the many good things that I liked, I was very happy that we were seated in the conference room for a family reunion.

That the pool was closed. But that had been forewarned.

Everything was just fine, room perfectly clean and comfortable, good breakfast. In dorr pool thal looked nice (didn´t have the chance to use it) it had closed parking. Even when it was at the principal avenue of Rancagua (Alameda) it wasn´t a nice area, but it was close to everything.

The dinning room was comfortable and staff very attentive and polite! I was able to access the dinning room to receive friends for tea at any time!

The room was ok but needs updating! Same splash marks on the wall! Water taps a bit loose! The carpet just out of the lifts had stains.Tge air conditioning in the room old and noisy and it showed temp numbers that did not correspond to the desired setting, nevertheless sort of worked!The bedspreads very old fashioned, bed linen very nice !

The hotel is close to everything, blocks from the center, clean, everyone is very nice and it has great food!

The shower can get a bit messy, make sure you have plenty of towels.

The staff was kind and the brekfast was very good

TThe constante smell to cigarrete and the apparence of the building inside was a little old, not classic. Internet never worked in the room

WIFI connection is poor

In general has an acceptable quality but has become expensive for the hotel's level.

The window noise isolation it's poor and being located in a main avenue quite noise at night it is not possible to have a good sleep.The shower faucet it's located at 1.70 meter high making quite unpleasant it's use.

Room 404 it’s excellent, has a balcony with and a beautiful view
