the staff were cordial, friendly, respectful (typical of a filipino) and very helpful in every way the dining area is always clean.... the free breakfast was simple yet tasty and filling reception lobby was small yet comfortable for my visitors

I paid for 3 days with breakfast included, but the breakfast they can offered is coffee and bread only. No elevators you have to uses a stairs which is not good for elderly with knee issues

The location is very central and convenient - a lot of stores are close by. The place is quiet despite being central. The staff are very accommodating. Normally, they serve breakfast from 6AM. But since we were leaving earlier, they arranged our breakfast before 6AM. The property has parking space. The place is well-managed, very clean, great wifi. We enjoyed our stay in this place and will surely book again if we are in Davao. Highly recommended.

In Totality the place exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel and room as well as the CR. Peaceful area. Proximity to Mall or food and 7eleven.

Its better if the toilet has a bidet. and breakfast should be added with rice, eggs or hotdog.

lovely clean place it had everthing I needed while visiting my partner in hospital I highly recommend this hotel bed air-conditioning pillows accessories it's placement could not of been better , and it's also a quite place to return to,I recommend it and budget friendly

Clean and good location

No food or meal to order. They don’t cook as well.

We booked 2 rooms on New Year's Eve at the last minute and stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very attentive, polite and accommodating. The rooms' amenities were basic with no fridge but the rooms were quiet, spotlessly clean, equipped with good AC, and a well-functioning hot and cold shower. Bedsheets were clean and the rooms come with bread and coffee for breakfast. It was a very good experience, overall. Thank you, The Strands, for a very comfortable and restful stay. Would definitely recommend and come back. :)

The room or even the property lots of mosquitoes, the air conditioned need to clean cause the air coming from the aircon was not totally clean

The service clerks was excellent and the property was always clean. The staff always greet with a smile and very accommodating.

The shower water pressure goes in and out. Also, not enough outlet to recharge my device. I didn't alert the staff about the situation. i just dealt with it. I thought I was getting a condo with a kitchen. It was my fault not looking at the detail. Im glad that I ran into you guys. Made my first experience in the Philippines a great one. Thank you so much for having me.
