Hampton Suites

Convenient location and spacious room.

It is facing a busy and noisy street. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom is not well maintained. We asked if they could transfer us to a room that is not facing the noisy street but they said that no room was available.

the sheets were clean, the towel looked clean also but they all looked old. bed and pillows were ok

while the floor was clean, there were small cockroaches all around, when you turn on faucet, etc. you can also hear the street noise from your room. so if you’re a light sleeper this is not for you.

Location is very close to restaurants. A convenience store is nearby

Initially, we had issues with cockroaches. Then they sprayed the rooms with insecticides and the roaches were gone for the rest of our 3-day stay.

Convenience of location. And staff service.

No hairdryer in our room

The property was just so perfect. Near and convenient. It has parking space, restaurant, cafe, and salon. Its not also expensive. The hotel is clean and the staffs are very much welcoming. Though they dont offer breakfast but the rate was good enough. I highly recommend this property. I love Davao City. Next time when we will visit Davao City, I will book this hotel again.

I attended a convention at a nearby hotel that was sold out. The people at the Hampton Suites were incredible. Rooms are small and basic, but definitely suitable.

place was very clean

limited vehicle parking space. we have to leave our vehicle and walk/commute in order not to loose space for parked vehicle.

location and rooms are spacious

early check in not allowed even if rooms are available. parking limited

It's my second stay here and as usual it's excellent. Staffs are proactive and prompt, the free water outside the rooms is a brilliant idea to reduce plastic bottles. It's clean too. I'll be coming back here often.

The WiFi could be faster for video chats but still manageable if you're just browsing. Still usable overall. Parking could be challenging as the parking lot is a little small.

Everything, hotel staff were all courteous and pleasant. Rooms are clean.

Location, it can be very traffic most of time

Clean rooms and hallways, cozy ambiance, and pleasant staff

Parking space is very limited

Clean, spacious and convenient location

Terrible

Gave the wrong room type. Much smaller room and still charged the same rate. Booked a triple room and only provided a deluxe room and just gave an extra bed. No compensation was provided.

Room was comfy and spacious

When i booked it has an option to pay via credit card but when i checked in they tokd me that they only accept cash payments.

The beds are super comfyStaff are v polite and helpfulLocation is central

No kettle in the roomWater needs to be collected from a water dispenser outside in the corridor

I like everything. The staffs were so accommodating and helpful. The facilities were also new. Clean bed and bathroom. They also have a playroom and spa on the second floor which I tried and my experience was also good. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Davao. Thank you!!

Staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is nice and clean, on the second floor we love the breathe spa, where you can get a relaxing massage at a very affordable price. Outside and across the street, there's a 24-hour 7eleven. Near in the city attraction. It was a great stay. We actually booked the same hotel for our departure.

Nothing much, It was a fine hotel. Parking is available, and the room is big enough to accommodate our family. Hot water is available outside if you would like to have coffee.

almost everything, location, price for money … the bed , throw pillow and the comforter.

the breakfast.. its not buffet

The free water with the pitcher and glass so no need to buy dozens of plastic water bottle. I'll be a repeat customer exactly because of this. Aside from that, the location is great, staffs are so helpful, aircon, shower, everything is clean and working.

The WiFi speed is slow and sometimes nonexistent. Good thing I have data with me. Still I prefer a working WiFi.

it was good, napakadisturbing lang mga around 8am pag mag cleaning ang staff sa kabilang room. they are making noise, by moving all the furnitures kaya marinig sa room. maingay and disturbing
