Pearl Farm Beach Resort

The food were so delicious,the ambiance of the place are so good and so relaxing and the staff are so nice and friendly.

Everything was amazing: the pool, quiet beaches, food, staff, what else can I say, really.

There was no way for us to explore outside the resort. If we want to go outside, we have to pay a lot of money to explore the island.

We like everything but the price. It’s Philippines, they don’t pay expensive prices in everything; foods are local so no shipping required, employees are paid 500 pesos per day average, and among other cheaper costs so there’s no reason to profit so much and making it hard for people to afford. That’s why people go to the Philippines for vacation because it is supposed to be affordable but actually not. Perhaps, the owners needed to explore into a fancy resorts but very affordable and learn from it.

THE PRICE! We’ve been to a much nicer and bigger resort for a much fair price. People go to the Philippines because it’s affordable but this one is not! I could understand raising the prices up if employees are paid higher wages.

Beach front was very nice. Lunch and Dinner were very good.Big room and comfortable bed.We liked the infinity pool, ambience in general. is very peaceful and parola bar.Nice details from the staff. We tried the pearl farm massage of 60min and it was very nice.Umbrellas everywhere for the guestsTransportation well organized

Breakfasts were ok.Happy hour time of one hour is to short.More advertising of daily beach activities would be nice, i.e paddle surf, snorkeling, water bike etc.

I have been coming to this property for years. In 2012, I brought my daughter. They had a marketing team taking pictures and had taken some of my daughter participating in the water sports. I gave them my permission to do so at the time but was not told how the pictures would be used. When I returned in 2015, her pictures appears on their water sports brochure. Not sure how I felt about not being told how the photos would be used, and did not receive any notice or compensation. I returned again for an overnight visit this October. They were having a buffet on the beach, involving lots of lighted decoration and electric chafing dishes on the buffet. The beach seemed dry.I had wet hair from a shower but my clothes, body and feet were dry. I was barefooted in the sand. I touched the chafing dish to serve myself rice from the Buffett and received a powerful electric shock in which I became immobilized from head to toe. I couldn’t move or speak or let go of the chafing dish. After what was reported as a few seconds, I went unconscious and in doing so pulled the chafing dish off the table as I fell down. I regained consciousness to find that my legs had been scalded by the rice and water in the chafing dish. I think they thought I was being hysterical and over reacting to the shock at first, because as soon as I regained consciousness I ran into the ocean to get relief from the burns. I was well attended to by the nurse and staff afterward. Another guest reported feeling a shock from the chafing dish, as they had plugged it back and were continuing to use it, but the shock he experienced was much less severe. It seemed they were using a series of extension cords but no surge protectors. I followed up with my primary care provider via a zoom call and the next day upon returning to Manila went to Makati medical center emergency room for all tests ordered by my doctor. Although the staff was attentive and caring, it was a terrifying experience.

Read above. They should not use anything electric on the beach near the water when serving Buffett, it is an electric shock hazard.

It was an incredible stay at Pearl Farm where we celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary. We still look forward to return, hopefully together with our families.We loved the view, atmosphere and the whole place!

Friendliness and Everyone is so attentive to us , on what we need and they always go for extra mile…. Salute to all the Staff ! Continue the excellent Job! And the Room and the food , there is nothing we can say negative about…. Thank you for the good memories. We will definitely coming back ?

The Staff were exceptional. Attention to detail and customer focus was outstanding.Location was kept in traditional Philippines pacific style which is so much better than a giant concrete monolith planted in a beautiful natural part of the world. Only 45 minutes by private boat is very commutable. Food was excellent and catered for everyone.All the facilities were constantly being cleaned and maintained to postcard status 24/7Happy hour everyday and 50% off all drinks for a further hour daily .No request was too hard for the exceptional staff .Great value for money .

Peal Farm left us committed to exploring Samal, Davao and the other beautiful parts of the Glorious Country the Philippines. There is really no reason to vacation at locations such as Hawaii where the prices and hospitality don’t even compare to Pearl Farm Resort My Wife and I thank the Guest experience manager and the entire team and staff (literally every staff member we saw greeted us and took care of us) we will definitely visit again with more family

Snorkeling gear was incomplete no fins and no snorkels just goggles and vests

Complimentary Sunset Cocktail Shuttle Service ,varietes of food choices( Buffet ) fresh Sweet Mangoes in room. Very friendly Staffs. Location is quite relaxing.. Mandaya houses in the middle of forest.

Balcony Mattress at Samal house stains are visible maybe every now and then the covers be changed.

The facilities are well-maintained. They have good options for water activities. Food was splendid. We most especially commend the courteous and helpful staff.

The room is nice. The food were all good and the staffs are accommodating and friendly.

There was some power interruption sometimes. Like i happen maybe 4x but it doesn’t take long.

Everything was perfect except hot water did not last long. Hotel staff was the best of any hotel in the world. Food was great, location great, room great with great view, (Samal house). Amazing somehow there were no mosquitoes and the temperature
