Old hotel. Needs updating

No hot water in shower

I believe the breakfast buffet and swimming pool area accommodated our needs during our stay.

My fiance and I were disappointed with our inability to take a hot shower during our stay. Even allowing the water to run for several minutes no hot water was produced. Perhaps a better or additional boilers for the hotel. Staying at a hotel with your rates should accommodate guests cold and hot shower needs even at peak hours.

nice place lovely kingbed and comfortable polite staff everything you need and breakfast was very nice , the price for premier room I think will be unbeatable, very reasonable prices ,

The property maintenance is not good we found bugs

I like the view but the windows and curtains are dirty.

The reception guy was very unprofessional, unapologetic and doesn’t know what he was doing. Aneed more training on how to at least do basic check ins procedure

The Casino on location was good and the room was completely as expected.

No hot water during the stay. If that was fixed the stay would have been ? excellent but without the hot shower the price should have been lowered.

maybe the location. if u dont have a car then it is quite far from the other establishments. but quite near to SM Lanang.

The water system is bad. It took 20min for the shower to get warm. The drainage is worst. The water overflows while you are showering . Saw a cockroach in the bathroom

Everything!. The staff and food are always quality. This is my 2nd stay at the Grand Regal Philippines.

Nothing I didn't like

Property was very clean and nice.

No live entertainment. The rooms are too hot. AC does not work good.

Comfort, with parking, good staff accessible to malls and other establishment.

Room not good, you’re facing the wall of other building and there is is the blockage in the window which some repairs which not done.

Food served during breakfast was great.

the aircon was warm the whole night. couldnt barely sleep. need to improve a/c system for the whole hotel

Hot water is not to expectations

Booked here because of an event we would be attending. The rate was a good value (much better than what the hotel offered to the event host). Our room was on the renovated floor so the furniture seems updated (appliances and bathroom still outdated). Centralized AC was strong, water pressure in the bathroom also strong. Bidet, hot/cold shower and hairdryer (albeit old) were greatly appreciated. Mattress and pillows were decent.

Blanket was just a flat sheet. We asked for thicker blankets from housekeeping but they never came (we just adjusted the AC temp). Breakfast viands were not good: greasy chicken sausage, unsalted scrambled eggs, beef longanisa (tasted like meatballs with sweet sauce), unseasoned fried bangus. Their savings grace was bacon served on both days we were there. Dining staff were also slow to clear tables and inattentive.

Comfortable, contemporary, convenient, high-end room.
