The key card didnt work one time when i came back to the hotel and i was in the 4th floor so i had to come back down to complain coz i couldnt go inside the room, i went down and the staff said its already okay, i went back up to 4th floor and still didnt work. I was already really tired that day. I went back down again to complain because i couldnt enter. I didnt want to go back to 4th floor again unless they fixed it because i was already really tired. They fixed it after.

The wide space and cabinet for clothes.The location of the hotel is accessible.

No water heater in the shower area

It's walking distance to many cheap eats, good restaurants, pasalubong shops, and the city's parks.

I woke up with a slight stiff neck because of it pillow. The lobby isn't the most well kept.

Renovation is going on next to my room and internet and even signal level of my phone were lost in the room.price cheaper than the booking site.

Downtown location. Lots of eateries out there hotel. And they allow outside food delivery

We thought we would get a large room because I pick large room when we book the room.

The water is so bad and the shower was too hot.

They gave me the newly-built room and it’s facing the road so I kinda love it.

The air conditioner leaks out water droplets and it is just above the bed so when I was asleep I kept waking up because the water drops falling unto my face or my pillow is kinda wet and cold. The air conditioner is new one though.

Room was so clean, price was worth it, and staff were approachable. They had slippers, prepared soap and shampoo, towels, TV was good.

Internet connection was stable but not good for playing mobile games (sometimes it lagged). Room wasn't sound proof and you could hear noises outside (there was a time I thought someone was knocking on my door when the knock was on another room across mine after all).

Location - it is near UIC and Claveria. On the corner is Mercury Drug and Jaltan, a must visit restaurant for kakanin. The guard is very friendly. They provide a pair of slippers, and cups. There is potable tap water from a dispenser on the hallway. Neighborhood is safe. Breakfast is plated silog meal, and the coffee is excellent! It is also quiet, and the internet connection is very good. Water pressure is also very good.

There was a miscommunication between the staff about my payment. So I ended up sending back what was given to me, which I thought was the security deposit. The hot water heater seemed to not work well, or I may just not know how to use it.

As always in the Philippines, staff are friendly & accommodating. Location is central. Lots of interesting places to visit so need more time. City is clean and transport is cheap.

When I booked it, the photos posted on the Family Room has two queen beds and a single bed. But when we reached the property we found out that it is a Family “Deluxe”. Next time, you should post accurate photos — actual photos of the Family Room, Family Deluxe Room, and others. Also the WiFi speed is not good. Room 422’s water heater in the CR is not working.
