Rooms were spacious

Air conditioner blew away from the bed and did leave me a.little hot.

Convienent and a nice surprise to find!

The room especially the toilet is very clean. Food at breakfast is OK but I wish there were more variations. Location is good. It's near to most establishment and the airport is not that far.

I noticed that some but not all of the staff at the reception were not as friendly and accommodating.Toiletries were also limited, though there are many stores around where you could buy what you need.

I booked this hotel for my father and he was glad about it, he likes the location and the simplicity of the hotel. he's from davao actually and a balikbayan thats why he like to stay for awhile in san pedro area just to visit some places he loves.

The room was clean, nice comfort room, good TV and a central location. I was happy with the very reasonable price.

The location is in small Street hard to find it the picture the put online that’ those picture does not match with the rooms they don’t have a safe deposit box the have a sink in the bedroom and bed is very dirty uncomfortable

They gave me a 5 hour extension on the stay for only P500 so I would not have to sit around the airport all day

Cheap TV had the worst audio sound and only a few channels. Also no mirrors in the bathroom for shaving

At least they offered breakfast.

My booking was a different rate. Though cheaper to think, but they did not send email to me to dispute or correct it. When i checked in, I was told it was a mistake rate, and said Booking. Com has not provided my contact no. It was already almost 6pm,so I have no choice. If I've known earlier I would have chosen better place to stay overnight.Was not able to sleep well. The air-conditioned was not giving cool air and throwing out cracked pieces of ice. It feels a fraud just to attract customers posting the wrong price. Please booking. ComI haven't experienced this as a long time member.

Good for travelers who needs a place to sleep. Very quiet rooms.

Place is outdated. Rooms are old. Elevator has a lot of vandalisms. No ref to store food. Wifi is useless very slow. Cable TV only has limited channels (9?). Food is ok but you might want to order via Grab instead.

Accessible place

The room key is not functioning that well .. pls fix that for the next guests so it won't bother them to call your attention. Next is the food . Not that taste good and the garlic rice looks like and taste like sticky rice. My apology for not eating it all im struggling .. and please let your chef prepare the breakfast starts at 6am since there are guests who has an early flyt like me and can't wait for the breakfast by 7am.. upon checking in pls ask the guests if the breakfast will be serve in the room or in the dining area so we can manage our time going down .Thank you

The location is amazing, the staff super lovely and kind. There are options for breakfast, drinks, and there’s an elevator. The beds are comfortable and have cotton sheets (not synthetic like most hotels). Also, there’s a desk with a chair. The room is spacious (I booked the single budget room).

My room had a thin door adjacent to the next room. I could hear the neighbouring person. I had booked a budget room, so maybe therefore. because everything else was amazing, this was minor.
