Pros +
- Very friendly staff, good service, pool
- Accessibility to stores and some nearby restaurants.
- The area was tidy & clean. There are utensils for us to cook. The experience we had was amazing, coz the staff are also friendly.
Cons -
- There was only one option for food for breakfast. If you like regular philippine water temperature, you should be fine. But if you want a warm shower, your temperature will fluctuate wildly.
- 1.Traffic and noise outside kept us up. 2.Bugs/cockroaches crawling on the floor. 3. Breakfast consists of rice & eggs. A culture shock for non-Filipinos. 4.Except for trash from earlier diners, dining room hasNOTHING even during 7-9am breakfast time.
- At night talking could be heard at the rear of the property and talking from around 5 am daybreak . Not excessively loud but continual and at one point sounded like chanting .

Quiet with very clean swimming poolHad executive poolside room.

One of the best hotels I've booked. Poolside room was very cozy, clean, quiet, around night time. The breakfast was basic, but always tasty, and the staff were all very nice. A bonus was the random stray kitten that would lounge around, and beg for food.
There was a window in my bathroom that couldn't be closed, so sometimes I would randomly hear people talking near it, Car horns, and a motorcycle, but nothing that woke me up at night
Loved everything about the stay, from easy checkin, to amazing staff and beautiful clean property.
NA
Friendly and accommodating staffs and the cleanliness. The location is accessible to malls, restaurants and convenience stores. But despite being in the middle of the city, it's quiet and relaxing
There's no security guard both in the main entrance nor the parking area. Opening ang closing the gate by ourselves is fine but it's still okey to have a security guard since parking gate is always left open.
Room:The room is fine. This is actually my fourth stay here, as I’ve always been drawn back by the tranquility, peace, and comfort the place offers. However, I didn’t expect my fourth visit to come with such a different experience.Breakfast:It was delicious!
Accommodation:I booked a Junior Suite for a special birthday celebration, and we traveled all the way from Kidapawan to relax and enjoy some quality family time. Upon arrival, after settling the payment via GCash, we were unexpectedly handed two room keys. The receptionist explained that the manager/owner had booked us separately without informing us in advance. This was quite a surprise, as we expected to be in one suite as originally booked. Had I not raised the concern, the issue wouldn’t have been addressed. While it was eventually resolved, the experience left a negative impression.Pool:Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool facilities—especially the children’s pool. A group of guests staying nearby, with three children aged 9–12, dominated the small kids’ pool, which can only comfortably accommodate three children at a time. My two young kids, aged 8 and 5, barely had any space to play, and we were made to feel unwelcome—as if they had exclusive rights to the area simply because they paid more. While I understand the difference in rates, all guests should be given equal opportunity to enjoy the amenities. It would be much better if the kids’ pool were expanded to accommodate more children. Interestingly, the adult pool remained mostly unused during our stay, which felt like a missed opportunity for better space planning.
Garden and swimming poolComfortable room size
Breakfast ( real basic and no variation )No restaurant or bar
Pool was well kept and clean, enjoyable place to relax! The breakfast was very standard, but was great way to start the day! The room was very clean and spacious.
The location was vey busy and felt cramped outside of the resort; but as other travelers have described the hotel - A surprising Oasis, within the hustle and bustle of the city
The room and facilities were very nice. Also the complementary breakfast was satisfying.
Distance from shops. As I didn't have transport.
The staff are very friendly, very helpful and provides the best of customer service.
The room is very noisy. We are like sleeping in the middle of the road. Coming from airport it took us 45 minutes to arrive because of heavy traffic. It was horrible we booked 2 nights but moved a day before booked another hotel as you can't even have rest because of the road noise.
Nice pool & area around property. Manager very helpful when asked.
Bedding smell from the mattress. Needs replacing. Room was very clean but the bed gave me an allergic reaction and I was sick by the time I left 2 days early.Breakfast - inadequate for foreigners - no bread/ toast or jam available and only powdered milk for the coffee. After the first day we bought our own food and just eat in the room. It would be nice to be asked what we wanted for breakfast.Even though it was 50 meters from the Main Street the constant traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. Not easy to solve this in the city I know.
Nice and quiet even though its located in a busy location, also the helpful staffs around the property :)
The Staff are very helpful and approachable. From porting our luggage to our room, getting us a taxi and helping us figure out where to get where… The place is clean and very relaxing.Recommended place to rest from the city’s buzzing and crowd.
The location, the access to so many food options, and the amazing staff who met every single one of our requests, makes this place an OUTSTANDING option if you are vacationing in Davao. Having a poolside room was simply the Mango on Top???A Very Content & Happy Fil-Am
Comfy beds and the pool
Sometimes it gets noisy. I can hear people walking outside of our rooms.
Great location, nice facilities, very homie w/ enthusiastic staffs.
I loved this place. Located in a great area to launch you visit to Davao. The staff was helpful at all times. The grounds are well maintained, and the art in the public areas was beautiful.Well Done!
The breakfast is a little on the spartan side. Small and simple. No choices.
