very lovely studio unit we rented. professional staff, clean facility. close to mall etc. highly recommend.

that i only stayed 1 day. definitely will be back

I would stay again

The room could use a few repairs but overall it felt clean and comfortable. Floor was creaky in a few places, bathroom could use new silicone application, some floor molding was peeling. Everything else was on point with how it appeared in the listing.

The staff was very kind and courteous the room was clean and comfortable the AC units were a lifesaver for me to stay cool in the Philippines heat

I did not like that You could only have two bath towels (Max) in the room at one time and possibly they charge for extra towels. The mattress was to Firm or hard on my body and Hips

Very nice and comfortable. Treated like a king.

The extra charges for an extra pillow or blanket, towels etc. In a hotel this nice the cost of the room should cover any of those extra items. The cost were not expensive, but a little annoying.

The location, front desk staff, security personnel, bed, view, and the bar and food service person who assisted us the first night upon our arrival.

The squeaky floor, that's improperly installed and the morning food service person who didn't greet, speak to us, or even clean our table. Maybe he worked all night, or something he's certainly not friendly like all other staff.

Very clean, next to a large mall for shopping, free parking.

The buffet meals were sparse on selections. No vegan meals available.

You should subcontract out the breakfast to another company. Its like getting Prison breakfast.

Breakfast and the elevators are messed up

everything was good and the staff were really kind and accomodating to us. also the ambiance and the cleanliness is really good. No hassle in parking as well. No hassle in check in nor check out and a very accessible to the mall as well.

Location was good, accessible to necessities and mall beside ,

Breakfast was very disappointing, which needs to be improved, swimming pool access and faclity to be improved

Breakfast was mostly great. Staff were corteous, respectful and helpful i providing relevant tourist information.

Corridors on 23rd floor were extremely warm. HVAC system not functioning throughout my stay? Doors into HVAC ducts were mostly opened, thought was unsafe as unauthorized persons could access them.

Spacious, Clean and the location

No washing machine.

All the staff we encountered showed eagerness to serve, emulating what customer service should be. Very impressive. Room is very spacious, bed was very comfortable.

The gym area is huge. I wish they had added more gym equipments. Also need wipes or sanitizer for the equipment. Very unhygienic.Drinking water and towels will be a plus.Wish for bigger bfast.

The condo was very nice, loved the beds, size of the condo and the hot water.

It didnt have all the necessities; cleaning supplies for dishes, bigger trash can and above all else no pots or pans. Those should be added for future guests.

The room was very clean and had a great view. The staff was very kind and helpful
