The room was nice
They exploit the deposit. When you leave your key in the light slot, they claim that you've lost your key. They train their housekeeping staff, two not or to state that the key is missing when it is in the light slot and charge three hundred and fifty for it.
The room is modern and clean.
A bit far from city center. Breakfast was average.
It’s near the concert venue, clean
The elevator is functional, but it’s a bit dated and shaky, also makes a bit noise as well.
Stayed a week for work. Elegant entrance; dated pool. Wi-Fi fine for work; husband couldn’t play Dota. Breakfast disappointing for ₱1,600; limited choices. Dinner was good. Room quiet but subtle noise from neighbors. Courteous staff; front desk needed reminders. Overall pleasant stay; nearby restaurants; hope for breakfast improvements.

Convenient, quiet location
No running hot water!
I like the location of the hotel. It's quiet and away from the crowd. But make sure the parking lot is clean and the parking lot is well-lit because I got injured in the parking lot due to some wood. I asked for assistance or a tetanus vaccine, but unfortunately, the hotel said they are not liable even though it happened in their parking lot.

Super new, facilities are great. A little fancy but not overpriced
Some paint job on our floor is obviously not yet done
How clean and friendly the staff, view is also good. Pool was clean and gym area was not crowded.
The early check in time not being accurate but it was understable and how it was too far from other locations, so without transportation you either need to bring stuff first or go out againRooms were notas soundproof since we can hear other people from a little bit from dfferent rooms.
we really appreciated the surprise decor for the room upon checking in as a newly wed couple. went above and beyond with our check in. staff were genuine when we interacted with them.
The location is nice, the room is excellent, staff are courteous
Nice room for the price
Bathroom door and bidet needed to be repaired. Our room wasn’t cleaned
The place is clean and the staffs were approachable and well trained.
one of the 3 rooms that i reserved has an issue of leaking water from the aircon. Thus, we were separated from my family (From 11th floor to 9th floor)
Spacious room with bath tub, with nice view and fresh air.
Good thing i have our company vehicle and my officemate can just pick me up from the hotel. The only available means of transportation is grab.
I am expecting breakfast is included but it turned out it is not.
Very disappointed in getting sick and the response from staff was poor. No inventory of medicine
Food poisoning from restaurant
