Acacia Hotel Davao

Everything is good , except the bath towels are old and room is looked dull. No side table lamps , no decorations on the walls for a delux king bed that I booked#529. Other else everything wwas excellent.

Everything! Next door to amazing mall and restaurants. Also Tim Tebow's Cure Hospital.

The value for money. The rooms are big with 2 beds.

Hotel shuttle van cost is too expensive.

Its a downtown area, very accessible wherever you go and and the traffic is not that long to wait.

It’s close to the airport and to some major establishment a and restaurants.

It’s about proper maintainance of the room we stayed.

Old towels. Faucet are dripping. Damage toilet seat cover. Toiletries not complete, no beverages on fridge.

The cleanliness, the very high ceiling at the lobby, the location.

Some of the staff were not accommodating especially one of the ladies at the entrance to the breakfast buffet. Also, there weren't any water dispensers at the hallway so we had to buy outside. The 500ml bottled water in the hotel costs more than ₱100!

Good location, next to the big mall.

Check-in is not smooth as you have to wait for sometime. Maybe it was just busy that day. Towels were dirty, the room is so-so, parking is hard as well.

We had an emergency and the staff were very attentive and efficient. The location is the highlight for me as it’s near a mall and a hospital in which I think should be one of the conditions when booking for a hotel.

Bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, hair dryer needs to be requested.

To be fair the room was good

There were empty lots at the basement but the guard placed the cones on the few lots and insisted to have my car parking outside with no shelter at that moment it was raining. I try to reason with him but he replied that was not his problem. So I ignored him and parked at one corner to go to the front desk for duty manager. At that juncture, the other guard then lifted the cone at one of the lots and directed me to park there.I had been there many times before and this time was the worst and it would be my very last.

Front desk ladies, cherry and Alyssa are simply the best. This is my second stay and I extended my stay an extra night. Staff amazing, facilities excellent, I highly recommend Acacia Hotel Davao city. Warmly greeted by lovely staff

Feels modern and is in a good location

Looks to deceive. On the surface all looks well until you get to the room and you see the mould in the shower and under the bath Mat. I also found the staff quite patronizing. I requested a late check out for 2pm to which they wanted to charge me 3k which I found quite laughable. For a 4 star hotel much needs improving more so on the attitude of the staff. I won’t be returning.

Breakfast buffet was good, many food choices. Although there were many people in the restaurant during breakfast; hope the space will be larger. Location wise, it was good as it is near SM Lanang and Ayala Abreeza malls.

I hope the restaurant for the breakfast buffet will be larger in order to accommodate more guests. But overall, it's a nice hotel for staycations. Definitely a must try!
