Super OYO 604 Chateau Cinco Dormitel

Buyet beware! If you want rude staff, book this property

We had the most stressful time with Chateau Cinco Apartelle because the front desk was overcharging us and was threatening to sue us if we dont pay the 11k they want to charge us. We spent 3 hours with them and instead of them cleaning this with Booking.com and Oyo, they left us to sort it out with Booking.com and oyo. The front desk was rude and not helpful.

Friendly amenable staff. Good size rooms with working A/C and electric shower. Good hotel for the price, much better than most in this price range.

Some sockets need replacing and general maintenance carried out. Would be nice to have sockets next to the desk as well as the bed.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean and relaxing. The location good as well! Very close to different restaurants, bakery, cafe and SM. Wifi is strong too! I would stay here again.

Nothing!

Location. Very clean

Small rooms

the first time my impression was not the best about the service but this time after 6 nights, I can say the staff did their best, great value, quiet location near the airport

the room was clean and comfortable

there is a deposit at check-in and we had to wait half an hour at check out to get it back because there was nobody at the reception desk for at least this time period

Compared to the other hotels in Davao, this one was very good. Small as it is ,but smells good. Only that my charger keeps falling out of the socket. I need to tape my charger to the wall.

Seems, for the amount we paid, good enough. The restroom is small.

Hot shower

No elevator, slow check in, two single beds instead of a queen

Smell in the room , bed , room , air

The location of the hotel is very cozy and has a homely feel. The place was also clean and quiet and very tourist friendly.

Very far from the city and located in the congested area of subdivision.

There was hidden cost with the booking which really disgusting to argue with the hotel owner (simple mathematics will do). Location was very far from the city and inside subdivision. Not recommended to stay specially for family who wants to have a good place to live for discovering Davao. It's not good place to stay as recommended.

The location is awesome, close to all amenities. Safe & quiet. It is a recommended hotel stay in Davao. I will come back and stay at this hotel on a future visit. Thank you OYO Hotel for the good service

Hopefully, I had Credit Card access for payments. Luckily I have cash with me.

Very clean ,quiet good value for.money and good accommodation ,nice area .thanks from the UK

Very friendly staff and they assisted us with our requests e.g. hot drinking water you just need to pay 5 per cup. :)

Poor

A room without a window, something like a prison and I paid 50 pesos for a cup of hot water

Clean, comfortable, affordable, near to SM Lanang and has free parking space. I didn't expect that they gave me a room with a queen bed. Thank you.

The rooms are spacious. I didn't actually expected the room size and they were bigger that I have expected. Got 2 rooms for a discounted price thru booking.com so it waa very sulit for the money, considering that it was at the heart of the city- just 10 minutes to SM Lanang.

None. Everything was good.

Clean place, soap and shampoo for 2Nice areaThey stayed up to check me in at 11 pm

No complaints

I like the room very clean, i feel very safe and the place is secured.

Imy 500.00 deposit until now they havent returned. They tell me they will send thru gcash but until now they did not send...i want my 500 to be returned as soon as possible

Probably the longest night I've ever had.

The room that i was in smells because of the molds in the wall...Though it's really clean and tidy..They should somehow try to eliminate the odor.I was made aware that the room isn't conducive becasue it's noisy because of the AC and the noise from outside. Maybe they can do something about it too.
