Location of the property , hospitality , proper guidance of the staffs on exploring the city

I dont like the location, because street all dirts and conjusted

The location is conjusted and dirts every where,hotel rooms not cleaned properly especially the toilet bucket and cup too dirty. No tissue paper and toilet towels available inside toilet.Room attendants are behind asking tip for tea

Room and the bathroom was neat. The staffs were decent as well.

Small rooms, beds are not really comfortable. Window mounted AC and was making sound. Pest control should be done, cockroaches in the bathroom. Too much air fresheners, almost made us unbreathable.

The non ac room is too hot and too small. I had to shift tto ac room.

We booked the deluxe rooms with AC and were given rooms 501 and 502 on the fifth floor. The double room had a lovely temple view from the window. The quadruple space room (for 3 of us) was spacious. Rooms were clean and comfortable - toilet roll, water, insect repellent plug provided at reception. The location is brilliant - very close to the temple West Gate. The roof top is open - and sunrise is awesome from there. (Note - the annexe is a totally separate building nearby - we stayed in the main hotel)

All good. Staff were a little brusque in arrival, but once you put some effort in yourself were friendly. Great coffee shop recommendation.

Hi, the Temple Stay Hotel in Tiruchirappalli where I had booked a room for my stay on the 19th and 11th Jjne 2023 has been a disaster, to say the least. The double room is too small to accommodate two people without banging each other. The size of the room is 9' x 8' and the attached bath room is of 4 x 5 area. There is anbsolutely no ventilation without a mandatory small window to get a fresh air when needed. There is a dmall pantry to make a coffee/tea and nothing else. I was told we had to order food over phone from a nearby restaurant whose quality of preparation of food is very much doubtful. For this much discomfort bereft of any basic facility, the room charges are way too high. I am totally unhappy and fel pissed off. I dare not book a room through a you at anytime in future. I gave been cheated.

Location ok but no parking facilities as assured by them.One of the staff was so arrogant as he thinks we are at his mercy. But the other one only attracts the guests by his polite and gentle behaviour.

No parking, the lift is very old and only two to three members can go at a time, also opening the lift door is the biggest task in the world. 100 % you will not get the car parking because it is located on the main road . You have to park your vehicle on a different street and post 10 o clock you have to bring the car to hotel Street. They will not provide water bottles, i have stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Two bottles they gave that too on the request basis . I would recommend that if you have a few more thousand you might get nice stays. Don't go directly by website reference.

The lift is from 19 th century with shutter doors checking your muscles.

Bathroom is clean and timely hot water.

Old pillows, bed . Tv is old crt and stopped working . Weather was plesant but room is ok no ac.

1.The Hotel receptionist cum manager have no manners.He doesn't have any politeness towards the customer.2.There is no parking in the hotel.since it is located in a busy area,there is no parking.it is located otherplaces.we change the parking location minimum 5 to 6 times according to their convienience during the two day stay.3.No modern lift.The lift is old model with 4 people capacity with laugauge and the running condition of the lift is not fair.

Location is near Meenakshi temple.

Staff was rude and charged more money that too in cash. I showed him paper and the price but was rude. Towel was dirty and had to use the other remaining.AC was fixed to a temperature and locked. It was so hot and couldn't be done anything.Will never ever ever will suggest to anyone. Worst experience in a hotel.
